I love these videos so much. If you guys made CT and T guides for all 7 maps in the pool it would be huge just for educating the scene (and my amusement lol)
@@pR0ManiacS I recommend P0lo's videos as well, he has one for nearly every map "how to play X at a high level" with the macro ideas. Super helpful, like this one by fl0m.
brother, these videos are sub 15m, simple clear english, easy to understand, no goofy unique tactics ---> foundational core knowledge for each map. thank you. make more please.
Hello mr editor i think the minimap graphics will be even easier to understand if the map is oriented with ct spawn and t spawn on the top and bottom of the map, it's how everyone sees the minimap in game. whichever side the guide is for should be on the bottom and the enemy side should be on the top like it would be in game.

Learned so much. as others have noted, this is just the right amount of info without over instruction. Thank you for these and more please! I would love to see this CT side for each map. Additionally, Id be curious to see T side for each map (maybe roles based e.g. entry, lurk, awp, util support etc)
As someone who plays A main on Anubis. I can confirm what he says is true. If you die on A the site is given up. You have no help. It’s all on you. I’m very good at holding A. A lot of the matches I play they rarely go A main and go either B main or mid to A or B. Cause I will hold A main and no one is getting through. But with A if mid falls it’s game over. Especially if they pinch you in from main and mid. This is from my personal experience playing in MGE in GO and Gold nova in 2.
I started playing cs around the time you posted the first one of these videos, super helpful baseline for not being complete useless while learning - keep them coming.
As somebody who has played over 1000 games as Anubis solo mid player I can confirm what fl0m tells you there. ;) Furthermore the decision making for your weapon is very important: You have to know, when you have to play m4 or awp. Against heavy mid utility teams an awp won't be that succesful, so it isn't, when your mates often loose b. As a solo player you need the nuts to call for a second mid player, when you're in trouble with the enemies' playstyle. I would reccommend to rotate mostly towards ct, when you have to retake to b - it's rarer smoked and saver. Still there must be a player on b side who rotates fast if you die or you have to fall back towards a. Early on the round you can do great calls about a lot of the T's movement. When you hear a A-Rush, run asap there or you die during the delayed rotation. If you're too late, don't try to push the A-Con smoke, unless you can throw a second smoke for cover.
fl0m, thank you so much for your videos! I can't describe how much of an eye opener they are with some small details and tips, making life that much easier. Keep up the great work and thank you again for making one boomer enjoying CS again.
You explain very well how to optimally play defaults on CT anubis. However, it's the hardest CT side in the game. And usually defaults won't be enough to win you rounds. When I watch pro play, or play high elo myself, aggressive plays and curveballs are necessary to have a chance on this map. Unless you win pistol, convert, and can somehow build up a good CT economy, you will need to do something out of the ordinary. Gamble heavy towards one site, push A or B. Water crunch etc.
great video! I posted in our discord where no one else will watch even though I already know and speak about most of this stuff every time we play Abubis and still watched every second :D
Feedback for editor: When showing the map in sketch style, fill the playable area with a brighter color(or use a more vector-like style). Took me a few seconds to recognize some spots of the map.
As a noob I appreciate all these videos , only got into cs late last year and trying to absorb as much info as possible so people don’t get butt hurt when I dont know maps 😂
i watch this video and think how i could make this work than i notice, first prob most of the time there a 2 cts in mid so double a is not possible, second they always smoke b main and third they always peek in connector -_-

Real
And it's for free and better produced than other tutorials in broken english.

These videos in this series are great. Love how you get right into it and break every position down very easily.

The way the map is presented is already very clear and easy to understand... unless you have some kind of adhd or u r dyslexic smh

Most people change their minimap to this style if they are serious about the game
Really good editing and strategy-guide :D Thanks fl0m!
These just keep getting better n better.

he doesn't know that gold nova 2 is a high rank on this map
Every opponent has seen this video, and my teamates don't even know it is a map

Thank you so much flom, really a goldmine of knowledge (from a casual player). I cannot wait to see future videos and possibly even a T side breakdown

Great series ERIC. Keep it up ❤
So what I understood is when I play with my friends I always play the hardest CT roles on every map with my 200 hours, good to know :D
These videos are perfect for me, nice work and thank you!
Great insights on this great map! It will certainly change how I play with the boys
Hey man, really liking these videos, hope you can do this for all main maps on the competitive map pool. Subbed

You could also just show his screen instead of using the illustrated map, since he already shows the spots that he's talking about.
These videos are really helpful. Itd be awesome if you made one for each side of each map in the pool
Nice vid flom
love this, really informative
Great vid!
These videos are great! Any chance you could do a nuke guide?
My advice, more than any other maps, buy flashes on CT to peek/reclaim zones.
I agree with this guy. Holding B on Anubis is like really hard :D Felt it many times
Great video!
those new videos like this have been amazing, great fucking stuff
These videos keep the broken game alive.
As a noob I appreciate all these videos , only got into cs late last year and trying to absorb as much info as possible so people don’t get butt hurt when I dont know maps 😂

Such a good map
fl0m plays 5 awpers on anubis CT?!
These are so great

Calling it default or cake on a site hurts me… it’s only been referred to as chode in my lobbies
another banger
Put a blatant hacked in the mix and everything changes! Had too many of those at EU! Dunno if na differs! You tell me! 😅
I know you didnt like this cuz algorithm and not many views but this is so nice as a trash player to learn the roles
Sponsored by Austin (the nade guy)
Am i the only one getting quadrupple naded and then triple mollied everytime i play a pillar when they rush or am i trippin???!?!?!?!!?!!
So it is not recommended to hold A site in heaven, with a negev, smoking the entrance? lul
