I dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I stupidly forgot my login password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me!
Whatever happened to customizing cars in NFS? The vinyls and body kits and rims and stuff were one of the best things about the franchise. Now it's just paint. Why‽
Not anymore, but they had the game "on the house" which enables you to get it for fre. I actually don't see why so many people dislike origin. Just as good as steam to me.
Lampposts are designed to break when hit, as it's less expensive that way. they are screwed into the ground, but it only goes a few inches. Telephone wires are usually cemented in, why they don't break either
This is a really good game with a great sense of atmosphere, but the physics just feel so dull. You know what would make me really happy, taking this game and blending it with GT physics. Seriously think about it. P.S I love the way it starts with a Muse song
Do you mean the car handling or the physics when you crash? If it's the crashing physics, than I can understand you, because burnout paradise's crashes were amazing.
Eric Smyrski The handling feels numb, I actually quite like the crashes. It's loose and just feels fundamentally wrong. The feedback simulators give you is just so superior and makes it feel more exciting even if the sensation of speed isn't as good. So I repeat, someone should really blend the two. The only game to even attempt it so far is NFS shift, and I bloody loved it for that
Eric Smyrski I know. The point I'm making is that people who make simulators refuse to add flair. Does it not occur to them that some people like both realistic handling and ludicrous style?
Yes, I know, most simulators are quite boring. Have you tried the GRID series yet? they have some pretty realistic driving and are pretty stylish. As I said, do not expect anything close to realism from Criterion. When they made and FPS, you could explode cars with one blast of a shotgun found about 3 feet away from the first level's start.
This game was just a shame. It was so limited, and the soundtrack was the only thing good about this game (Maybe graphics as well). NFS Most Wanted 05 was SO much more better. In fact, instead of this 2012 Most Wanted, Criterion could've REMASTERED NFS Most Wanted 05.
+Chidori Lament It was really good with graphics and drifting as well as the amount of car selection, but it did NOT feel like Most Wanted. The Most Wanted list was none other but people who race in exotic cars. No explanation, no story, no customization of ANY parts except for color, and gets boring after a while.
+StewiebossFTW I've played most wanted '05 and loved it, however this looks like a great game. Having played and loved burnout paradise, I think this game looks great. Just play it and forget that it's called most wanted, problem solved!
And this is why you don't trust Burnout devs to make a Need for Speed game. Both good series, but a crash simulator shouldn't ever mix with an arcade racer.
Wait this Most Wanted's soundtrack...? This Most Wanted has the worst soundtrack I ever heard in a racing game, probably ever. Okay thats a bit of a stretch. There are some good songs, but why the hell is that "I don't care" song in this game? Just cause the lyrics say "I crash my car into a bridge" or some shit like that, doesn't mean its even a good song to race to. Like seriously! How am I suppose to get my head in the game with that annoying ass song? I thought this was fucking NEED FOR SPEED, what happened to the Disturbed, Mastodon, and Avenged Sevenfold from the REAL MW? or that badass "nine thou" song, that was like the theme for the game.
I made this my "Game of the Year". Proves EA can still produce a decent game, minus microtransactions... Also, love the original soundtrack, especially the Muse at the beginning.
The older NFS games were a lot better than this one. I feel like this one lost the sort of underground racing feel of Carbon, Underground, and the old Most Wanted.
Bought this game just from this review, and it is genuinely addictive fun! For anyone who cares, the online has a separate unlock system where you basically get achievements, and you have to unlock mods by getting chieves, and unlocking cars by reaching levels. Even so, it's really balanced, and a good driver with a low level is still a good driver. The multiplayer is similar to burnout paradise as well.
"my car changed colour, it confused me!" *smashes into yet A N O T H E R car!!* I'd forgotten how just pure comedic nerdcubed GOLD was in this video!!!
*takes a ramp at a million miles an hour, followed by police who ram him in midair, smashing him into a wall as the police go flying through a billboard and crash in a pile* Dan: it's a bit tame.
i finaly realised why trees are indistructable to cars its because all the roots are litteraly HUGE and HUGGING the ground like they dont let go thats why they cant chop trees down from the root.
I just wonder about the odd people who dislike videos like this, this video is EPIC, and so is the youtuber, but you get those people who dislike for no good reason in this youtube community.
because the new version was made by criterion, the new version of need for speed is basically burnout paradise 2 (if criterion made burnout paradise 2). they even have the same girl voice at 1:26 that they have in almost every burnout game. also, 13:09 the reason why the cars hold up so much is one word. Criterion.
18:58 "I crashed my car into a bridge." **Proceeds to crash car into bridge** "I don't care. I love it"
Tre Lambert lol perfect timing
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account??
I stupidly forgot my login password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me!

did nobody notice he crashed the Ariel Atom into a bridge... just as the song was playing about crashing a car into a bridge and not caring?
I don't care!
holy shit a nerdcubed video with comments
Another classic nerdcubed video so good made me buy this game when I was a kid
OH MY GOD DID ANYONE HEAR THE SONG PLAYING WHEN HE CRASHED HIS CAR INTO THE BRIDGE AT 18:55 CAN'T BREATHE
HAHA LOL
This game, just knows what to do.
OMGGG HAHHAHAHAHA
Not to ruin the moment or anything, but it's just a little coincidence, I don't find it very funny... I should probably prepare for hate now...
Lol yeah. The internet is weird that way,
'' It's powered by utter terror'' No dan it's Powered by a V8 engine. So Utter terror. Yeah.
don't be a smartass, he's only joking
I joked in my comment. By saying V8's ARE utter terror, i've been a fan for years, I think I understand a Dan joke.
Darius Pieces
i think he's joking too.
What would a v12 be, in that case? Powered by the shit in your pants after lightly touching the accelerator?
Jesus Christ lol nice
"There's the thumbnail."
YOU LIAR
+Kaseda dont do that, ok dude?
ares nieto what... it's not rude, it's a joke...
+Kaseda yes it is
+ares nieto What's your problem?
DinoDoesStuff I wouldn't ask what is my problem because you are not in the problem so..
Whatever happened to customizing cars in NFS? The vinyls and body kits and rims and stuff were one of the best things about the franchise. Now it's just paint. Why‽
7
That was great in Carbon
+streak1burntrubber because Criterion. Check out the new NFS!
"look at all the tiny people, all the 480p people are like what is he looking at us 720p people we know whats up" *switches video to 780p
lol me too (you did a typo)
When he put the controller on his mic it sounded like he was being tazed
No one should ever apologize to EA. Ever.
ahh, 10 years ago...when 720p was considered high resolution
I miss those times
I was already crying when he read the 'TM' in the title.. LOOOOL
18:56 if you listen it said "i crashed my car into a bridge" and then a few seconds later dan crashes into a bridge and does not even care XD
Miss these days so much.
I was 8 when this video came out. Damn you! I came here for entertainment, not an existential crisis!
I was 12 and it scares me
@Realm you are too young
@Realm that makes 0 sense but yeah sure
This was 4 years ago.... Fucking hell
Not quite
u mean 5
Damn 11 years....
Ah back when 720p was the highest quality
Ps this is in my opinion one of nerd 3 best videos
British radio one, is the average American radio station
"I have a jaguar now. Jaguars are cool"
#subtledoctorwhoreference
+GeniusLad32 #whenyouknowyouvebeenonpornhubtoomuch
i refuse to believe EA did this...
this might have been before they changed from "electronic arts" to "electronic gambling"... but still.
"This cars actually got some speed to it. 128mph! Oh no, trains!"
Lost my shit at that part
The first cutsence song was butterflies and hurricanes by muse
I remember when this was uploaded. What the fuck it was nearly a decade ago
Im surprised that this video didn't get copyrighted
That's because he was sent a review copy.
Your controller's vibrations through the microphone sounded like a drill that's used for roadworks.
ha! when you said "this car is 50% lego" i nearly spat my drink out from laughing
+Johnnyboc 200% Legit
I actually got this game for free on Origin.
Go Origin! >_>
+Mavu-in Kirugoa You cant get it for free on origin u need to pay for it
"go origin" - nobody ever
Not anymore, but they had the game "on the house" which enables you to get it for fre.
I actually don't see why so many people dislike origin. Just as good as steam to me.
Mavu-in Kirugoa I think it's cause it's EA, and they're shit 😂
I got it too, great game. Only downside is that it´s a bad PC port
High density of Muse in this video
Lampposts are designed to break when hit, as it's less expensive that way. they are screwed into the ground, but it only goes a few inches. Telephone wires are usually cemented in, why they don't break either

Ah, you like realistic handling. Well, I'm afraid Criterion is not good for realism, just arcade-y stuff.

"BioWare! Die!"
*smashes through BioWare billboard*
I've watched this video so many times
Idk why I find myself watching this repeatedly even though it’s been more than a decade 😂
Hey a snakey battle,
Cobra VS Viper!
I think Skyrim references are out of place here welshtag
The dodge Viper will win if the cars aren't customised
I would be a 720P guy, IF THE VIDEO HAD 720P!
it has 720p so either you or you computer is a gibbon
Its TH-cam, checked again and everything BUT 720P or higher shows up.
***** Yup, I see it now. It wasn't there before.
I like how he crashed his car into the bridge and I don't care icona pop was playing
Crashed my car into a bridge
*crash *
Dan, why?
yoshiboy619 yep
At 18:53, perfect song for what he did
Most Wanted 2005 is waaaay better
YES
it sure is
Tbh, this isn't MW, it's Burnout
It's trash compared to Burnout
still_guns I agree. And also Carbon.
10:24 where did that car come from?
This game was just a shame. It was so limited, and the soundtrack was the only thing good about this game (Maybe graphics as well). NFS Most Wanted 05 was SO much more better. In fact, instead of this 2012 Most Wanted, Criterion could've REMASTERED NFS Most Wanted 05.

More of a Burnout Paradise remake than a Most Wanted remake lol
+StewiebossFTW You wot m8? the soundtrack was full of utter shit, the only good song was a remix of Baba o Reilly, they couldn't even get that right.
+alphadogg64 Or just Burnout Paradise with real cars
Watching this 6 years later on 720p, I STILL don't see the tiny dots on the start screen
Us *144p* know what's up.
And this is why you don't trust Burnout devs to make a Need for Speed game. Both good series, but a crash simulator shouldn't ever mix with an arcade racer.
Yet Burnout 3 is rated as one of the Greatest Arcade racing games ever and has a Crash mode.
The launch was delayed on omacrosopersia 8 :(
"I haven't seen a road in quite a while now"
"oh there's one I'll just ignore it"
"I haven't seen a road in quite a while now"
I love this game. My most favorite game on Xbox360.
This game intro is like F1 05: it has Butterflies and Hurricanes :)
Why doesn't he play Burnout? I'd love it if he did.
***** Why doesn't he play both? They're both awesome.
There is a Father and Son Day video on Burnout Paradise!
Mr. Mojo Risin' this is a 2012 burnout game with an NFS title probably a typing mistake
1:11 i love that song if anyone liked it its called butterflies and hurricanes by muse
holy fucking shit MUSE IN THE SOUNDTRACK!!!
1337 = LEET
You should try some of the older NFS Games. In my opinion they are better and more funny.
I know dan has his OPINONS but I thought the soundtrack was bloody brilliant for racing
Wait this Most Wanted's soundtrack...? This Most Wanted has the worst soundtrack I ever heard in a racing game, probably ever. Okay thats a bit of a stretch. Hi from "2k16"
Play the original 2005 Need For Speed Most Wanted...
This game is soooo nostalgic to me
I made this my "Game of the Year". Proves EA can still produce a decent game, minus microtransactions...
Also, love the original soundtrack, especially the Muse at the beginning.
It has microtransactions now...
EA is evil and they only make 1 or 2 good games
+Maxfield Payne to you
The older NFS games were a lot better than this one. I feel like this one lost the sort of underground racing feel of Carbon, Underground, and the old Most Wanted.
Don't forget the the first two hot pursuits
Goddamn I have so much nostalgia for NFS underground
The original Most Wanted is 10 times better than this game.
Obagus00 yeah, you can actually customise your cars in the 2005 one. i miss it so bad.
Colour and chassis and nitrous and stuff but what about wings and body kits and suspension!!!?!
+Obagus00 i bought the original most wanted over this one without a second thought
+Obagus00 I want Need for Speed Least Wanted

Nathan Heenan FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!! How is that?
Still not as good as the original Most Wanted
The Pre-Owned Gamer True
When you crashed the Ariel into the bridge, the background music was like "i crashed my car into the bridge.. i don't care! I love it!"
Bought this game just from this review, and it is genuinely addictive fun!

18:55 OMG The sync with the music and the in-game footage XD
"my car changed colour, it confused me!" *smashes into yet A N O T H E R car!!*
I'd forgotten how just pure comedic nerdcubed GOLD was in this video!!!
13:09 "How did I survive that one!?"
I really have no idea, considering the modern Corvette's body is made of plastic..
NicolinkGamingVideos 60s Corvette bodies were indeed made of fiberglass haha
This has inspired me to go play need for speed most want 05 again. Just to remember how much better it was.
*takes a ramp at a million miles an hour, followed by police who ram him in midair, smashing him into a wall as the police go flying through a billboard and crash in a pile*
Dan: it's a bit tame.

The song at the beginning is Butterflies and Hurricanes by Muse.
Dan we can go to 720p to see the little people in the intro :P
I like how in the hole in the roadblock there is just a barrier that says stop.
"I crashed my car into a bridge" umm
Does anyone else notice that dan kept crashing is car into a bridge when the song was on
2:55 a trash can out of nowhere 😯
"U green... U green... U green", like you can't decide weather shoud you be happy or sad
thanks dan for introducing me to my favorite "racing" gave
Love when he finds the older Porsche but since it's yellow he thinks it's the same newer Carrera he was driving earlier and just drives off.
Dam 10 years 😔
I want the long 30 mins video back loved them
It has butterflies and hurricanes by muse on the radio which, was used in the trailer for the need for speed movie.
Oh god, it's been 9 years. The good old days.
18:58 all you here is the song playing on the radio "I crashed my car into the bridge, I don't care" and then he crashes into a bridge.
You know its gonna be a good video of a game when it starts with muse
Did anyone else notice when Nerd picked up the Ariel and crashed it the song "I don't care" was playing?
Nerd crashing over Butterflies and Hurricanes = Awesome
"Why are trees solid in games?" Because they are in real life Daniel, because they are in real life. *Shudders in life experience*
Did anyone else notice at 18:58 the song on the radio says "I crashed my car into the bridge, i don't care!" and then Dan crashes into a bridge.
song played during intro is butterflies and hurricanes by muse (love them)
I beat this game 100% in 2 days and the vans are your enemy, and I thought I was the only one who remembered that episode
Poor 930, being mistaken for a 991
Never knew Daniel the dodge vipers. A good taste in cars xD
because the new version was made by criterion, the new version of need for speed is basically burnout paradise 2 (if criterion made burnout paradise 2). they even have the same girl voice at 1:26 that they have in almost every burnout game. also, 13:09 the reason why the cars hold up so much is one word. Criterion.
I believe this to be the first video with the new end screen, and the first mystery video.
