To be honest, I can never understand people that want to fit in. I don't judge them or anything, but it's a mystery to me on why they need affirmation from people, recognition, etc.
For me, I'm the type to not care about that. I don't really care if I lose my humanity or the things that make me human. I just wanna thrive and live to the best I can for either me or my own desires and even selfish reasons.
I've tried my best to understand them, but I can never fully grasp it.

I hear ya man1 Honestly I think it's how we're wired as people. By nature we are social creatures and want acceptance and recognition (normally). But like you I really just want to live my best life and share what I've been learning with you all!
Thank you for sharing your take on this topic ✊🏾

Man... the amount of effort, insight and knowledge in this video... you're a hidden gem on YT. Job well done on this; you will become successful for sure.
Edit: The question of the day is something I need time to figure out... or rather, I'm bad at putting my thoughts into words.

Thank you for your kind words! I'm just doing my best lol.
And don't stress too much about the QOTD haha. Tbh I'm still figuring it out myself. I'd like to think that its my ability to relate topics I find interesting to other people in a way that they can understand it. But who knows 😂. The answer might be staring you right in the face

How does one first go about finding what makes them unique, what their strength is? I love Maki and I try to be more like her when I need to be disciplined and have more self confidence. But I feel I’m nurturing the wrong character traits and morphing myself into a person more aligned with society’s ideal rather than into my authentic self.

sounds like you need to explore what truly matters to you first, talk to yourself and find out what you value in life.

That's a very good question! For me I'm still honing in on what makes me unique. There's no one size fits all answer but it all starts with you. Asking yourself "what are some things that only I can do?, "what are some things that people say I'm good at?". Questions like these are an excellent place to start in my opinion.
Check out my Yuji video here on the channel! His video is all about finding and understanding your purpose so it ties in with this video nicely. Maybe you can find your answers there! Let me know if this helped you in anyway!!
