The best review of this car. Period. You're doing an amazing job. Your videos are fun and informative. Keep up the good work! Great channel!
Thank you so much PtaQman!!
Comments like yours keep me pushing hard doing the test drives :)
I like this car very much ( with the same 1.4 16v engine ). I had many more expensive and much more modern cars but there is something in it that I still like driving clio:)
It's a good decent car the Clio! And this engine fits so well in it. :)
I’ve got a 1.2L 16V - my first car !! I bought it myself. I can’t stop driving it. It’s got agression with a cute look to it. It has plenty of power… for now ;)
This is perfect to be a novice driver!
Cheap to mantain, funny to drive, low fuel consume and very reliable!
Enjoy with him :)
same from last week , not drove yet but soon this week ! i'm very excited to drive ! best youtube channel !
Agression in 1.2 Clio?
Same. 1.2 POWAAA !
Amazing ending!
And a good test drive too! Thank you!
Thanks!! :)
Oh my God! An unexpected ending! Thanks
Thank you so much Olga! :)
very helpefull thx bud great video i'ma look other vid
Thank you!
Awesome video, and you find renault, not exactly same model (Megane II) but with the engine that I have. Love it
Haha thank you Szarik!
I've got a bit of luck, but I will see if soon or later can find some Megane II.
Hope you enjoy the little Clio II with your engine inside :)
@@testdrivehero thanks Man, and yes I will enjoy :)
Its actually a funny review. You do get a feeling of the car.
Thank you so much Peterscaramouche!
I love your car bro
Haha thank you but this is not my car😂
Good little runner this generation of Clio
Absolutely!
Thank you SquealingTyres!
Stay with us for more :)
Saudades do meu Clio.
I have the same car with the same motor with 281.000km and 5 doors. after 20 years it still looks great, it never leaved my on the street, a real reliable car.
The little Clio is still loved!
go Brader
my first car!! so excited to start driving it,, in love with it already 😄
So enjoy your car and that test drive! :)
6:21 haha the good old ashtray which never fits back. On a seriosu note. I love this car. I have a 1.2 16V. Driven it for 20k km and spend 400eur in total (maintanance, oil, oil filter etc)
😂😂👌🏻
It's a good daily drive!
I had one like this!! same engine, same generation but extreme pack, it was my second car, the first I bought new
You know what? You know the owner, it's racing with us on Craks hahaha
You saw this car at the karting circuit soooo many times!
@@testdrivehero Nice. one thing surprised me, mine declared better acceleration (10.3 or something like that) and i felt more quick than 13s 0-100. Maybe my 2005 extreme version has a diferent gear box?
Maybe you remember your car when it was new and plenty of power! Haha
This one have almost 200k on the clock and 19 years now, also a soft daily driving on highway almost everyday.
🎉😊
Please Test Renault Clio 2 1.6 16v
Will try to test it! :)
More than 13s for 0-100 km/h ???? Maybe she is tired this old grandma because you can perform like this with the 1.2 16v 75 cv...I tried with mine (1.4 16v Privilege 2001 model) after 120 000 km in 2007 before i sold it (replaced by a Scenic), and i obtained 10,5 seconds for 0-110 on tachymeter (equal to a real 0-100) with one passenger (and me). Max Speed on tachymeter was between 185 and 190 (i think equivalent for a real 175 or a less more...). It was a very good little car, not enough torque under 3000 rpm (under 3000 rpm, you can think the power is not 98cv...), but a surprinsingly great velocity above 4000 rpm, i always drove it at hi RPM, its little engine loves that. It was able to accelerate on 0-100 as quick as BMW 520 150cv (from 90's), Renault 25 TX 120 cv and GTX 126 cv for example, it is not bad for a car designed for city...
Yes Cyril, but every car are not on the same condition with it's age and mileage...😅
I'm trying to show how reacts this used car on my test drive and that was the result :)
@@testdrivehero When those engines are not hi reved regulary they get a bit lazy.
@@Triggernlfrl Thanks for comment Thomas!
A red line a day keeps the mechanic away! 😝
the interior of the clio 2 gives a more lasting impression of quality than that of the clio 4
Agree!
Just looks older, not worse
Look like in a middle of "Privilege"and "Dinamique" version. Dinaminque seat interior but it's strange it hasen't automatic climatic control and miss leather steering. That wheels disegn i always see on Privilege, Dinamique has the same wheels design of RS but it's 15" than 16" of RS. I miss...long rear spoiler only on Dinamique version.
Well, you know... every country has it's version!
@@testdrivehero Yes, i've one of my2004 particolar version, initiale paris. 1.6 16v 3 doors. Love it! But i love all clio of 2nd phase!
@@copali Great!
Stay here to see more Clio versions :)
Best car hhhh
Combien elle consomme cette voiture ??
The answer is on description! :)
Take a look of the official consume and mine on the test drive.
0-100 is not 12 sec it's 10,5 sec
In catalog it has 10.5 to 100
Thank you Kruger!
So this is worse for the car tested hahaha
👍
Such an honor Joe!
I'm a big fan of you and I'm subscribed to your videos since a long time ago.
You're very welcome here if you like my test drives! :)
6.7L /100Km... don't make me laugh please xD
You can laugh if you want👌🏻😂
That's the official one in theory.
Mine was 8.1L/100km as you can see.
