The "storing" lag in the fuji is because you have the "clarity" IQ setting turned on, if you turn it off it won't lag ✌🏼

I am going to ordering the X100V within the next couple of weeks, and I cannot wait to get my hands on it. These are some bad ass portraits, and the model is gorgeous - I love how you used the light peeking into the shadowed areas, the strips of light across the face, etc. I can't do portraits at all, trying to pose people makes them look like they're having a seizure or something, I am terrible t it. But I will definitely be practicing when I get it. I am getting old and carrying around my big DSLR with battery grip, a 70-200 2.8, and the rest of my camera bag wears me out fast, I think I am really going to enjoy this thing, especially if I can learn to shoot better portraits.
What filter are using for these shots ? - never mind, I just found your other video, awesome.

The R5 can do everything and it’s does it perfectly. Zero complaints. RF glass is just as good as GFX glass too (I hated Sony glass). The 100 is too many freakin megapixels. It’s unnecessary. The size of the GfX system is still too big too. I need gear to not get in my way, I’m not romantic about cameras. I need them to perform and not slow me down. Another amazing thing is the canon colors for high end work is perfection as well. Canon files are the easiest to edit out of all the system. But both canon and fuji files are equally fun to edit. Once again unlike Sony files.

hey there! i’m the one in the video. i’ve shot a lot of film (as a photographer and model) and my relationship with film is to have fun with it. one pose for each shot, no do overs, so go crazy and have fun with it. that’s what i meant by make it count. you have one shot. it wasn’t a leading question at all - maybe i just wasn’t as eloquent with my response. then again, that’s just my personal relationship with film.
