I highly doubt that they're going to make one anytime soon but maybe when Dougal Dixon passes away someday they'll make one as a tribute to him who knows. Apparently DreamWorks acquired the rights to make an after-man movie over 20 years ago but never did so
Is it just me, but if predatory rats aka Falanx existed, they would be the most dangerous predatory mammal to ever walk the earth due to being able to already chew through a lead pipe and also having constantly growing teeth? It would able to rival Thylacoleo bite forces in the sense of proportionally Thylacoleo had a bite force double that of the lion despite being much smaller?
I feel like the falanx's tails would not wobble around that much, first it would draw attention, not something a predator wants, also a long tail is a good balance for running or jumping, but this wobbly one just looks too flimsy.
On the other hand wagging their tails like that would be a great way for them to silently communicate with each other since they seem to travel in packs
Nice way putting the Hogs Blood theme from Walking with Prehistoric Beasts during the part of the Falanx attack.
Thanks. It's one of my favorite tracks out of the whole series
God, now I want a Walking With style documentary on After Man.

Nice sound editing
Thank you

i wouldn't count on that, it is roughly the size of a wolf iirc, the bardelot would be a lot more dangerous imo.

@@TheVeryLastOne yeah, maybe a tail that can move a bit when it wants to communicate but stays still when it doesn't want to be spotted.
