I would have liked to have seen a compromise. I HATED that it was mandatory to get enough war assets for the 'best' ending. But, I must admit I enjoyed playing it when I did so. Bringing it back as a noon-mandatory option would have been nice.
It's still being played. Despite being 11 years old, ME3's MP is still fun, and it has a loyal following. It's a shame Legendary Edition didn't bring it back. I would have dumped several hours into it.
oh I hate that shit, I back dodged a Banshee who jumped right in my face, my character slowly walked up to the Banshee out of my control and got picked up...fucking bullshit
If BioWare was run by smart people, they would have given us a spin-off game where we play four miniature campaigns, one for each of the council races. We would be civilian resistance trying to survive and fight for our lives while the Reapers overrun our respective planets. I say this because Mass Effect 3 got a D- grade when it came to generating sympathy for the civilian population. If you want to see a game that scores an A+ in generating sympathy for the civilians, play the 2008 Homefront game.
Such a missed opportunity to bring it back with LE. Andromeda just doesn't hit the same. Glad to know people are still keeping it alive. I read they were considering bringing it back if there was enough demand, so maybe we get an announcement in a couple weeks for N7 Day.

Instakills are some of the worst part of game design. At least give us a chance to dodge or counter them. Sadly Bioware brought them back in Andromeda so they seem to be here to stay in the franchise 😮💨
@@wiifreak0 I think it does add an interesting cooperative element to the multiplayer, but in single player, unless you can command your teammates to save you, it just punishes you for getting too close to an enemy (which I never did in single player so I didn't know it was a thing anywhere but multiplayer).
glitches aside, there is no reason for kill animations like these to not have QTEs for you to cop out of, there was plenty of time for the PC to simply roll out of the way
The sync kill is just part of the game, for better or worse. And when my character started moving backwards things were out of my hands. Could do nothing but sit and watch lol
@@andy_3_913 yeah and thats why it suck. so far the only time i got killed in me3 was by a phantom during the citadel coup through an unskippable kill animation such as this one. its weird because earlier in game it is established that you can break out of enemy's grasp by mashing one of the keyes (at least in case with husks)
@andy_3_913 that happened to me with a banshee once. I turned the corner running to the extraction point and got instakilled. Then some kid sends me a message cussing me out for ruining the game. The horror

I always get extreme lag on the dam map, then you end up standing where you where before you started your biotic charge.
I get lag on all maps. My own fault because I don't like hosting.

Gotta admit i always disliked enemies having instakills where you have no control of your fate
It's more of a pain when the game is a bit laggy. Otherwise it's just one of the risks :)
You have plenty of control - if they're dead they can't instakill you.

Atlas, Praetorian and Brutes can instakill as well. Speaking from experience here lol
