- BEEF KARE-KARE INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 KG BEEF BRISKET
• 3/4 KG BEEF PISNGI (OR OXTALE/BUNTOT NG BAKA)
• 1/2 KG BEEF TRIPE
• 300G PECHAY
• 400G SITAW
• 2 PCS TALONG
• 1 PC PUSO NG SAGING (OPTIONAL)
• 1 WHOLE GARLIC
• 3 PCS MEDIUM SIZE ONION
• 1 TBSP ACHUETE SEED OR 1/2 TBSP MAMASITAS ANATO POWDER (DISOLVED IN 1 1/2 CUP HOT WATER)
• 1 1/4 CUP PEANUT BUTTER (ADD 1 TBSP SUGAR IF UNSWEETENED PEANUTBUTTER)
• 1 PACK COCONUT POWDER (DISOLVED IN 1 CUP WATER) OR 1 CAN COCONUT CREAM
• 1/2 TBSP ALL IN ONE POWDERED SEASONING
• 2 TBSP FLOUR OR GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR (PAN TOASTED FOR 2 MINS)
• 2-3 CUPS BEEF BROTH (PINAGPAKULUAN NG BEEF BRISKET AND TRIPE)

I love kare kare with tripe and bone morrow ( bulalo) so good.I hooe I can have it at dinnet. I will have to go to Safeway and buy some so I can cook it like the samples .😅

Yes tol.. ginisa ko sa garlic. Kung fresh na alamang i-drain nyo muna yung katas nya para di masyadong maalat at mawala ang lansa. Kung bottled alamang naman na nabibili sa grocery, gisa lang directly sa garlic. Piliin nyo ung normal lang na alamang, huwag sweet. Happy cooking and thanks for watching
