The game makers are actually known for that. You should watch their game "until dawn" and you might recognise at least 2 of the characters there from tv.
So wild that I first saw Jessie Buckley in the 2008 BBC show I'd Do Anything and was so gutted that she came 2nd - but now she's an acclaimed actress in her own right and starring in a game from one of my favourite game developers! crazy
I loved this. The game as well. Its the first dark pictures game where i just couldnt stop. i had to know what was going to happen next. Now. Can we get my good Jessie Buckley, Shawn Ashmore, Halston Sage, Skyler Gisondo, Brenda song, and Siobhan Williams in one game, please. I need them. I love them all. Oh and Miles Robbins. I love him. Please ty :D
@@kevinmalone584 it really is im on the finale scene and i gotta say it is definitely an amazing game to the franchise. House of ashes is a new favorite for me, i love devil in me but ashes really had me on edge and the fear because of the atmosphere was so intense, i loved it.

I liked Devil in me a lot, even though my game had some bugs here and there..🤪 the story was good and the killer was human (which I prefer to ghosts/werewolves etc as the "danger" ). The only thing that didn't work for me was the connection to the characters. I didn't really like anyone in the game for the first hour or so... idk why😅 Then Erin (&Jamie) became my favorites! so yeah🙃 Good game!

Yeah, given the predictability of the scenario, you could definitely say it's a step down. I think with House of Ashes you were left guessing the whole time as to what was the ultimate end, but with this one you could sniff it out a mile away

they could’ve taken a bit more time. it happens with every game, 1 year mark for them is not the best i could say. This game had and has a good potential of being a good game. It’s about the animations and eye animation and a bit of a story

There are endless bugs, so many plot inconsistencies, the exhausted immortal killer trope, hardly any dialogue roaming around, too much walking, rushed ending and the ‘true’ end makes absolutely no sense. Dialogue is cringe at parts, the characters barely make logical decisions. The asthmatic (Erin) barely needed her inhaler despite having asthma attacks at the beginning and yet she was the first to the lighthouse? There were 5 characters vs 1 killer at one point and the killer wasn’t even armed but they still RAN? What sense does that make? The only redeeming quality is the actors. On what planet would police NOT investigate the island thoroughly or be suspicious of the new hotel resort?
