    Disrobing in Time
Nothing is easy, but to tell the truth.
The truth of what I see and feel.
    This somehow cleanses my eye
and it becomes clear what to do.
In my pain I forget to admit what is
true and things get worse. Because
    I don’t want to be sad, I don’t admit
that I already am. Then I feel like
    I’m drowning.
Because I don’t want things to change,
I don’t admit that they already have.
Then I feel like the wheel of life
    is tearing me apart.
The greatest power we have when
feeling powerless is to admit what
is already true. Then the stepping
stones of Eternity rise out of the
mud, showing us where to go.

Thank you for this deep beautiful talk. I am in the space of trying not to be invisible, not run from the bully nor beat up the bully..but still have compassion while holding boundaries. This is such a difficult dichotomy. My marriage is ending, and I truly believe it needs to. I have loved and cared for someone who doesn't see me or try to understand me. I don't feel victimized, my less aware self chose this relationship. But now I just want to honor the good and bless it, but tell myself the truth about it and be able to stand in it. I don't want to assign blame, although I'm willing to accept responsibility for my part in its demise. This talk was so good. I am so grateful to have such generous teachers. Thank you. Namaste 🙏

This is one of my favorites so far. I have memorized the poems to repeat them to myself and remind myself of the wisdom spoken in this video.

This conversation was so worthwhile. I kept thinking it was taking too long and I should do something else, but my inner voice said "No. This is what you should be doing. Sit and listen." I feel so enriched. Thank you for taking your turns at being awake teachers!

Very vibrant and full of so many ideas that it was difficult to take it all in. I especially liked when Mark Nepo said that two people can disagree with their conclusions on an issue, such as abortion, but respect each others' method and process for reaching it. (This is paraphrasing him.). They were open and truthful regarding their aging bodies and the reality of death. Tara talked about her bursitis and how she cannot compete with her younger self, but has to view her body in a different way. She acknowledged the sadness of this. A beautiful experience listening to them dialogue.

it’s very difficult when you collapse.
I lost my wife and my child and my career. And I totally disintegrated mentally and physically.
People then came in on top of me with hundreds of comments judgements s d suggestions. And many disconnected.

we are nothing more than infinite awareness, love, and consciousness temporarily having a human experience in the physical world. We have forgotten who and what we are. that is why everyone has traded their freedom for safety and taken the governments death shot... by complying the kids of the future will never know what freedom is, but after all.. its only impermanence. If people would understand this they would worry less about dying and more about living. Very sad to see the human race be taken by the great age of deception. The anti christ has everyone fooled and far from their True selves.
