The suffering is that this self-fixation obscures the depth and mystery of our being. Oh Tara, thank you. Your voice got us through as the Light of my life, my sunshine boy Gwyddie went into his health decline and then hospice phase. It helped keep me sane as I laid awake at night worrying, it helped give me the courage, awareness and skills to be present with him fully as the end came. These videos are now helping me though what feels like supernovas of grief...and accompanying guilt that I didn't see the seriousness of his health problems until it was too late... washing through me. Gwyddie continues to teach me more about enternal and unconditional love than I can ever say. I didnt know that you too were experiencing the loss of your Kate. I'm so very sorry for your loss. She was beautiful.

Selfing trance. Wow it creates suffering. Selfs separation primary emotion is fear. We get lost in the belief of emotional, mental, form ie the body because the mind insists it's real. Getting consciously larger.. thank you, wonderful insights.

I feel this pink and warm wave of healing moving through me after lisening to your beautiful and kind words of wisdom.
