Tip o' the hat to the skipper of the tritoon, not only on his handling of the vessel, but his strategic placement of the crew as far astern as possible. Really kept that bow up. Well done.
Where I live in Australia, it's illegal to cross a coastal bar/inlet like Haulover without all on board wearing a life jacket. Never ceases to amaze what some people will attempt with other people's lives...
I understand the whole keeping the bow up and throttle on concept, but I would fear boat damage from a hard smack down more than worrying about water over the bow.
I personally think a pontoon boat should not be at sea, they almost seem to be an accident waiting to happen. I’m not saying they are bad but there’s not much substance to them as it were.
What dangerous inlet? 15 kt winds and a 3 foot chop is one step above FLAT CALM! 🤣🤣 Show me 8 to 12 foot breakers 6 or 7 seconds apart, and you've shown me a rough inlet.
BG, can you get rid of the intros for the boats? Most of the time we can already tell what is going to happen before the full clip. Makes it boring. Thanks

yeah that was impressive. The skipper knew his business. Most of the clips of pontoons end in disaster.
Exactly what I was getting ready to post. Usually you see the deuce and a half in the bow waiting to get hit by the door as the bow gets stuffed.
That pontoon guy CAN be called a captain! Everybody in the back, motor trimmed up to keep the nose high, better than 90% of the “captains” on here
quite unique seeing a pontoon take a win. Good driving, Captain!
The toon with the clutch save! Hats off to cap! Well played sir!
BG I normally agree with you but I have an auto loss for the family on the Robalo number 2 no PFD on the kid
Yep. Fully agree.
Agree!!
Nice piloting on the tri-toon...
That was the best run in a pontoon/Tri-toon I think I've ever seen on this channel. I wish you'd put together a pontoon/tri-toon only episode.
That would be sweet.
He could. But not without being insulting. There is definitely an anti toon bias here.
@@wmason1961 that's too bad.

This is America. We will drown our kids if we want to😂
but you have Sharks . . . and Salt Water Crocs . . . .and Jellyfish . . . . and Surf Spiders !!
Ya, but you don't understand personal freedom and responsibility, you look to your government to protect you and keep you safe.
Whoa come back everyone!
That guy in the Sea Fox looks like he got his ass kicked. Ouch!
The driver of the tritoon deserves 2 wins for that.
I don’t understand why the Euro boats don’t have a bit of bow flare to keep everyone dry. My guess is form following function to a ridiculous degree.
☝️🧐👀🤔The last one was 🤨😳. “hauling cattle 🐮”
Great comentary as always...
And fold down the bow table.. guys lucky he didnt chin smack it and lose teeth or bite off his tongue.

Any modern boat can take a wave hit at 25 MPH or a vertical drop of 12 feet with no structural damage. Worry more about broken arms and legs.
The Robalo needs a new flag.
I hope that trim is a warranty repair.
the guy in the bow of that sea ox looks like he was hurt pretty bad why would anyone go out when its such rough water
Tritoon driver is good.

Good to see skill trump million dollar boats
Why do people sit in the bow going through Haulover when it's rough? Are they tourists?? Or just boating ignorant?
The stern is usually the easiest ride
That was the captain's ex and her new boyfriend.
Dam the narrator is more anoying than listening to Fran drescher
You call them European Boats ? I call them Boxy but not good ! Might be nice an a river or lake!
