    "Mitochondria is the power houses of the cell"
    I still remembered it from the school days
    Fasting is the easiest&laziest way to reduce the unprocessed fats in our body
    But it takes lot of mental energy to do it
    It's kinda funny how our brain & body connected you either physical put hard work hit the gym do the leg day increase ur health
    Or fasting like limit urself mentally not to eat anything let the body do the work
