We have been fortunate enough, to get our hands on one of the new CLP-745. There are some assembly that needs to be done, but it's very simple. We recommend being two people at the assembly, because of the heavy weight of the cabinet itself.
All you need is a screwdriver, and that's it.

Looks like 4 feet on the bottom? I should be able to put the four feet on washer shock absorber pads for avoiding action thud in my apartment.
Sehr hilfreiche Anleitung für die Montage des Digitalpianos. Gut wäre es gewesen, wenn man die Auspackerei der einzelnen Teile im Schnelldurchlauf gezeigt hätte, sie nimmt doch fast die Hälfte des Films in Anspruch und das schafft man ja auch ohne Anleitung ;-). Bei Montage der Rückwand darauf achten, dass die beiden Schrauben ohne Spitze für die beiden oberen Löcher gedacht sind. Kann man auch von alleine drauf kommen, geht jedoch nicht aus dem Film hervor.

Great video and great piano. I would definitely go for it. However I cannot decide which color to choose between the matte black and rosewood. You have seen both in real life which material looks better and more luxurious regardless the interior? Thanks for your reply.
Thank you for your comment! Both of the pianos are great looking, but we personally prefer the satin black as it looks the most luxurious in our opinion.
Can you please tell me how heavy the main piece is? Need to move this to our upstairs library. We're old people. Thank you.
The whole instrument weighs in at around 60 kg and the top part is maybe 70-75% of that weight ish. But moving the top part up the a set of stairs should be doable :)
Kalle, better if you move downstairs and eliminate the growing risk of falling as one ages. Best of health always!

Hi, quick question, I have a acoustice piano with heavy keys and considering buying an DP, I will spent 80% of my time on DP, if I get CLP 745, does the light keys could be a problem for me?
Impossible to answer. Weight of keys are also different on acoustic pianos.

Any idea how long the power cable is that needs to be plugged into the wall please?
Any idea why my 745 pedal is acting crazy... randomly stops resonating when my foot is down or continues to resonate when I take my foot off... doesn't happen all the time....if I tap the pedal while it's resonating without being pressed it would stop...
There should be a potentiometer inside the pedal box. It is linked to the pedal mechanically. That is the first place I would look if the warranty is expired.

No, this is just a normal matte black one, but it is available in polished aswell
