- A comprehensive hunt in Phasmophobia to share some tips and tricks to solo ANY map of your choosing at ANY difficulty. I started doing solos at level 30 way back then and found multiple tricks that might help you overcome the fright of taking on your first hunt alone! *Note* That I forgot basic things for extra money such as fingerprints pictures while I was trying to keep it as short as possible, my bad!

Being scared is the best part of the game!
And yeah I've been playing the game in solos now for a year on stream... 😂 guess taht's where I get my courage
I have to say, playing with other people is a whole different experience. If you want to get into playing the game, play with a friend or two, or join a multiplayer lobby. Super easy to get into with other people, and I’m sure people in the lobbies would help you get started.
@@bloodsausage6635 ya honestly when I’m playing multiplayer I walk into the house like I’m the boss even on nightmare difficulty. I played asylum on nightmare with some randoms and I wasn’t scared one bit even when I got constantly jump scared by Revenants (7 revenants in a row on asylum) But as soon as I played tanglewood on nightmare I couldn’t make it past a single ghost event before leaving the game out of fear

Yeah
sound sensors are good on big maps cause they help narrow down where the ghost is relatively quickly
If only I was less afraid of this game, solid advice for both new and veteran players!

I love the way you can do this! Solo I mean. It's so cool!! Also I love all of the cursed objects.
Voodoo doll: can kill you if u press heart pin (causes a hunt) head is interaction I think and anywhere else I forgot it drains sanity though
Ouija board: ask it questions each individual question lowers different amounts of sanity my fave are How did you die? And hide and seek. Say goodbye when u finish or else it'll break and cause a hunt
Mirror: shows you where the room is but if it breaks it'll start a cursed hunt (all cursed objects start cursed hunts sorry I didn't mention it)
Tarot cards: 10 cards per pack different card have different consequences hanged man instant death high priestess a team mate comes to life demon a ghost event sun sanity 100 moon sanity 0 wheel of fortune burns green, +25 burns red, -25 death does a cursed hunt fool doesn't do anything
Music box: ghost can sing along if it's near it'll walk towards it then has a big chance of a cursed hunt sometimes it doesn't sing but it's kinda creepy.
Summoning circle: light each red candle with lighter and the ghost will appear in the middle and big chance it'll start a cursed hunt.
Tip for music box and circle they r one use only so do it wisely :)
Pro tips from the pro himself! Don't forget the victory dance.

it is so impressive how relaxed and not scared you play the game D: standing there fixing microphone while the ghost is dancing in front of you. what is more scary the game or the pro guy that is not scared at all ö.ö +1 sub btw

Literally played professional and the ghost didn't even hunt! I'm trying to play alone because I have no friends but I keep getting scared that the ghost will hunt and leaving the game, lol.

Asylum intermediate is my max we figured out it was a wraith it attacked my friend through a wall 2 hunts that were terrifying we also played hide and seek on tanglewood

I personally deal with ghost hunting in the real world and i also play phasmophobia solo very casually.In real research i have already experienced so many scenes on myself and my friends that i am actually immune in game to scare myself.
When do ghosts actually start hunting you? Every time I hear my heartbeat, I freak out and run out of the house but you just stood there and took a picture of the ghost without budging.
On beginner you'll have 5 minutes (red timer over the PC in the van) to prepare, Intermediate is 2:30 OR 3:00 minutes I believe and professional is 0:00. Say, as I always play solo professional on stream, I would say the ghost usually starts hunting when the overall sanity starts going doing around the 70% sanity. Take it or leave it, though, as some ghosts will hunt sooner than 70% sanity!
Your flashlight starts flickering during a hunt. Notice how the flashlight wasn't flickering when the ghost appeared at 13:12? (doesn't mean I wouldn't freak out anyway :D )

Ok so far im having trouble with seeing the green light on my camera instead im seeing the red and I pushed the right button on the mouse noting F noting so am I doing something wrong?
You are not doing anything wrong, sadly this video is a bit dated versus the current version of the game. The devs have changed the video cameras quite a bit!
The video camera now works differently: You need to press "F" to place the camera wherever you see it's silhouette (on floors, tripod, counters, etc) to have it left there, activated. Dropping the camera on the floor will leave it OFF. THe only way to have it ON is by placing it, once again using the F button on something solid or a tripod. Bit different than before. Something that is great with it now, however, is that the little screen on it allows you to see ghost orbs directly in place. If you right click while having the camera in your hands, it'll toggle the night vision, allowing you to see the orbs if there be any. Hope this helps!

Just a habit. You Should open the lights to help prevent your sanity from going down too fast. I personally let it go down as fast as it wants as a lot of side objectives require the ghost to hunt to be done!
Completely useless tutorial for me 😭 : I can watch you play this for hours but I just can't play it myself. Not a chance. 😭

It's something I actually struggle with! When I'm recording it feels slow and then I realize I'm going rbfgdkjhbfghafjgkbdkhjgbaghjaghjfdg when editing! I need tos low down when I speak 😂
The biggest thing for me playing solo is to stay sane. You have 4 pills just for you, use them and prevent getting low enough sanity to be hunted.
And turn on the lights!
This has helped a lot with understanding some of how the game works, but i unfortunately still can't seem to get a hang of well the game. (Me and my friends are level 1-2)
I played 5 separate rounds with friends, 3/5 times i died and i think only one of those we got the correct ghost.
1 attempt went well-ish? we all survived and guised the right ghost but didn't do any of the bonuses
and the final game both my friends died, but we managed to guess the correct ghost.
I even tried to do a few solo missions but i either couldn't find anything/guessed the wrong ghost or died almost instantly, so if there's any other help or hell even people who can play with/show me the ropes more then i'd appreciate it.
hey bud tell me ur steam name and ill help u. unless u play on console then i cant. im no expert myself but i do know the basics pretty well and while a coward i can get the ghost correctly pretty consistently. while the bonus missions are more money some are super tough or risky and arent really worth doing. like one asking u to escape a ghost hunt and survive or one saying repel a hunting ghost with a smudge stick those are very very risky and shouldnt be taken up if u feel too green. but the only way to get better at surviving hunts is too play the same map over and over on pro difficulty and whenever it hunts get ready to hide. also scout out what hiding places are available early on.

I have played this 3 days now, thank you for the beginners videos and your voice is badass ((not flirting)) but ya I was alone and walked through prison with just flashlight with a bet to buy a new laptop if I survive, and I did it 🤣 omg I was like 👍 but what is the specs you would suggest for a good game laptop?

I am sadly not too savy when it comes to gaming laptops, but I would say anything around I5-i7 and GPUs such as 1660 would make some pretty decent middle range gaming gear that would allow you to play most games at mid to high settings around 60 FPS! Hopefully this helps!

Does he have mods? Why his equipment look so good?
No mods, it was a previous patch where the equipment was slightly different. They might look good because I got all graphic at max? That's a possibility!
they changed how things looks and work in the updates, this video is sadly out of date now because of it.
For example ghost don't look that awesome anymore, (you can barely see them now) and when you play solo the mic always pick up what you are saying, even if you aren't pushing the local talk button.
this probably wont help since im scared of the ghost even in tutorial mode
damn im a scaredy cat.
Gave up after 30 min, got a refund, tutorial is useless, not worth it as SP.
