I LOVE mudlarking and have always felt like a total nerd because of it. My friends are literally shocked when I tell them I do it. ‘Dirty little river scavenger’ was probably one of the must brutal reactions.

Same, I’d love to do it in London but I don’t have a permit or anyone to go with lol. So I make do with Dorset beaches. Find a few pipe stems and sea glass mainly but I find it so much fun.

Proteas are stunning. Got some growing in our back garden. They're like big round works of art. My god tho', that dicer. Hope you're ok. You were so cool about it. And that looked so painful. Like so painful. And then you got tat's the next day. Proper trooper. I love fossicking on beaches, but lordy, be careful in the mud in London. The bacteria levels will be brutal lol!
