I’ve had that rash on my chest from an spf also. I think mine looked like a type of contact dermatitis, but I’ve not had it since discontinuing that one. I think it clogged my pores and then sweat reacted with it. Love love love your new tattoo. I have two cat tattoos and always want more lol.
