I'm beginning to think that Fred Gwynne just may be the one of the greatest actors EVER. So theatrical. A lot more detail went into the acting back in those days.
This was one of my favorite episodes. I really liked their first season because for one thing Herman wasn't made out to be such a bumbling boob like in the next two seasons for the most part; he acted very mature and level headed in this episode.
Mrs. Cartwright: Mr. Munster you’ve already given me the money back and taken the machine. Charlie: When did I do that? Mrs. Cartwright: Just before you changed your clothes. 😂😂😂
The Munsters were a good classic show wish Me TV would but then on like maybe on Sunday afternoons and the Addams family to. Shows like that you won't see

He really was fantastic. I couldn’t recognize how nuanced his acting was when I was a kid. Truly a great actor.
I agree
Spot on acting by Fred, er I mean Herman!!! What a great actor.
Add Lilly , who from Sephora to Mrs. Munster is a great actor in her own right and no wonder they kept us in stitches!!!!
I Loved "The Munsters" never missed an episode. (1964 -1966)
A wholesome TV series. So goofy yet full of good morals. Nobody dies in any episode. LOL
This show has to be the best show ever. It’s amazing. Look at how entertaining it is. The graphics are wicked. Love it

This is the part that slays me every time, that sudden pop off when he punches through the wall!
XD
Like how grandpa is holding Eddie. Real family portrayal
True. I'm wondering if Hotel Transylvania got a huge inspiration from this show.
This was such a wholesome show! I love it!
1:02 Oh the heck with it! ...🤜 a hole in the wall.🤣😆
the way he sounded and punched that hole shows how angry he is and he means business.
0:56 you know Herman is mad when he does something like this.
from "Knock Wood, Here Comes Charlie" - Season 1 Episode 9, aired Nov 19. 1964. I wish they would publish this information in each of the videos.

There were only 2 seasons.
@@jaymeanderson5121 Thanks.
Great episode. Fred Gwynn playing 2️⃣ roles and very well, I might add.
I hope Lilly is willing to listen to Herman next time.
She won't she never does
It's an old TELEVISION show 🤣
It's funny when charlie said oh do shut up to the Raven 😂😂😂
Oh no Mr. Munster there couldn't possibly be 2 like you!😂 Even if he wasn't frankenstein herman was 1 of a kind
I wish there were people like them in real life
Mrs. Cartwright: Mr. Munster you’ve already given me the money back and taken the machine.
Charlie: When did I do that?
Mrs. Cartwright: Just before you changed your clothes.
😂😂😂
"But I didn't change my clothes!"
Knuckles was reaching for a gun!😮

Cozi airs it. Weekdays 7-8 PM.
Love that Raven!
😄 (lol) KARMA….. In reality, Charlie and that Mobster shouldn’t have been able to survive that explosion.
It's hard to believe there is someone else who looks just like Fred Gywnne
LOL
That was Gywnne's actual twin brother they convinced to play the role, Ed Gwynne. He was in Mary Poppins.
