That is absolutely 100%. Not too much to ask and if anybody has any complaints, let's see if they want to pay for a hotel!! Plus tips! Plus room service! Plus you have to tip housekeeping too! 😅😂 🤣😭😂 Believe me, they will be happy to strip those beds!
I completely get this! I use to house sit for family friends and one of the requests were to take the sheets off of the bed they were letting me sleep in. It’s not that difficult and if it makes it easier for the home owners just do it!
Rent a house in the Keyes. Part of your agreement is you will strip the beds and gather all the towels. They ask you to start the first load with sheets. Gives housekeeping a nice start. Oh and all dishes in a running dishwasher so they can be reset faster.
one night in a small hotel room can be $300+ in a big city and youre letting them stay in a decked out RV for free. Heck I'd do anything you asked me to do 😅
We have a vacation home out of state and let family use it. They bring their own sheets and towels and take them with them when they leave. They are also expected to clean bathrooms and sweep as they leave. We aren’t there to clean so everyone who uses it needs to do their part to leave it ready for the next people coming in.
It's not too much to ask. I always offer to do it, because some do not want you to strip the beds. One should always clean up behind themselves, and leave the space at least as clean as they found it. This is true inside and out. IMHO.
I have stayed in many vacation homes and almost all of them have asked to have the beds stripped down. Reason is it takes forever to get them washed and dried and still have time for people check in times.
girl - we stay at a small, inexpensive resort that is older. They can keep their prices down by doing just that. Don't listen to those nay-sayers. They aren't staying :D
I’ll clean the whole place to get a free stay! What a blessing you are to family & friends!

We were taught to always strip the beds when stay over at someone else’s home. It’s simple respect and thank you
NOT too much to ask at all! IMO they should tidy the whole place before they leave. (Just make sure to have a swifer/wipes etc available.

For free??? Even more reason to be respectful

That is so great 👍

Your so nice, not asking to much at all...
I’d strip the bed and ask where u would like the sheets or do them in your house, dry and fold. Least I could do. Thanks.
I have actually paid to stay at a place and the request at the end of stay was stripped beds and take out trash
it’s common courtesy to strip the beds.

I was raised to do that!! Gosh it's not that hard
That’s a good deal
Sometimes I do without being asked
I'd clean the whole dam thing
Any logical person would see this as a small thing to ask for a place to stay... Even one night can be couple hundred dollars saved at a hotel.
That is not too much to ask
They stayed free
Maybe those other people are spoiled little brats
not to much to ask
