STIHL & HUSQVARNA | CHAINSAW MAINTENANCE

- Hello everyone!
In this video we show you how we do our yearly maintenance on our STIHL MS170 and our HUSQVARNA 455 RANCHER.
We start by first dismantling the units and giving them a quick blast of compressed air to get off any loose dirt and debris. After that , we replaced the chains and greased up their bars and tracks. Once that was done we were able to tweak and adjust the tension of the chain and install it back on the unit. Next we cleaned the air filters which were both different types on each unit- Next step was to top off the fuel which is a 50:1 ratio for both saws. Keeping up with the momentum we finished by adding heavy weight bar oil which also was the same for both chain saws. Lastly, all that was left to do was fire those babies up and hear them roar!
