I love them as well! As far as the location I have lived within a 3 mile radius of this location for pretty much my entire adult life, the last 45 years. The location itself used to be really tough and now it’s going through some heavy revitalization Everyone that I’ve taken there absolutely seems to love it! Wow. I had no idea those townhomes were back there. I will have to check them out soon. Are these also what's are being built down the street from top golf and Ikea off of the university City Blvd exit?
LOL right it’s surprised me too! As far as the ones right there by top golf, if I’m not mistaken I think those are going to be luxury apartments for rent. I plan on digging in to get some more information on those and I’ll let you know for sure. Right around the corner from that also Taylor morrison is starting a new townhome community. That area is getting ready to Boom big time
