This is a beautiful home, but a $300,000+ home should not have a one car garage…this is something I can’t budge on.

Nice townhouse I have a question does the corner lot townhouses have a side/back entry garage...not a fan of front entry garage it takes away esthetically from the look of the home...
These are all front load garages however I do have relationships with other builders that do a side load garage that you would love email me some of your other request in a home....dhart@goodhartliving.com
