There were a few times where there was some cross contamination....but the food looks good.
You can cook raw food with almost cooked food mixed together. You can't storage them. The temperatures are so high while cooking and the microbes die instantly.

If the ribs take a long time to cook and he's putting raw ones up with half done chickes doesn't that mean raw pork juice is getting dripped on the chicken?
I wonder if the chicken tastes like pork and visa versa? Where do they clean and sanitize the cutting boards? Or wash utensils? Didn't see any wiping down counters or cleaning either. I think I'll pass on this place. 🌴😎🌴
