UK Gladiators - Series 5 1996 - Special 5 - Episode 16 - Sport Celebrity Challenge - 11th January 1997
Here are the sport celebrity contenders.
Steve Redgrave (Gold medallist rower from Marlow, Buckinghamshire)
Matthew Pinsent (Gold medallist rower from Holt, Norfolk)
Nick Gillingham (Olympic swimmer from Walsall, West Midlands)
Ray Stevens (Black belt judoka from Camberley, Surrey)
Graham Bell (Olympic skier from Cyprus)
Neil Back (Rugby union player from Coventry, West Midlands)
Notes: 6 contenders will take on each other in 3 events: Atlaspheres, The Wall, and Sumo Ball.
After 2 of each event: Sumo Ball and Duel, the contenders with the lowest score will be eliminated from the next two each events, Pendulum, and the Eliminator.
And at the end, the contenders with the highest score will go through to the Eliminator with a chance of winning the prize money: £2,000 for the champion and £1,000 for the runner-up for the charity of their choice.
Absent: Nightshade and Zodiac.
