  • 스텝박스를 활용한 기초 체력과 발차기 훈련을 담았습니다.
    스텝박스로 전체적인 밸런스를 높이고,
    파트너와 함께 스텝과 발차기 체력을 기를 수 있으며,
    보강 운동을 통해 발차기 자세를 교정 할 수 있습니다.
    We trained basic physical strength and kicking using a step box.
    If the stopbox is balanced,
    So that you can take out the kick step by step with your partner,
    You can kick yourself with recovery exercises.
