These large dogs are Turkish shepherd dogs. Their height can be up to 1 meter and their weight can be up to 120 kilos. They are not afraid of anything.

Yes 3 or 4+ determined experienced wolves can defeat a lone Kangal(mostly not 2) additionally a spiked collar changes that-> tho there are exceptional dogs in fighting ferociety as well giant Kangals up to the size of Balyoz at 300lbs...!

A kangal shepard dog killed a lion yeah right. I am going to call bullshit on this whole damm thing. Kangal has the strongest bite force, but it is no match against tigers, lions, hyenas, bears, cheetahs, leopards, grey wolves. These animals mentioned would make any large dog breed an ancient memory real quick.

@BEASTERS you said allegedly which means it did not happen. Also where is your documented proof. Male lions weigh between 330 lbs-550 lbs and have been observed mauling hyena matriachs. This was done right in front of the other hyenas. So now your saying that the Kangal is made steel. You are full of it and you know it.
Its not a ring match competion here but survival of these livestock owners, 2 or more mature Kangals(+ some other breeds) easily kill a wolf, cheetah, younger leopard, lone hyena; or idea is predators run away, same for the rest...!
Most have 4 or 5 Kangals in a flock nothing and wants that to deal with = even 1 or 2 lions tho yes a pride of lions no- tho are held at bay to be shot as with South Africaner's dealt with lions with dogs for 150yrs esp Boerbels & Rhodesian Ridgebacks holding the attention of predators in place and barking warns rancher/farmer to come with a gun to eliminate those particular ones then and there...!

Даже спасенный и вырощенный человеком, он либо често уходит в лес, либо вообще возвращается в лес! Потому что ТАМ ЕМУ ОПРЕДЕЛИЛ быть БОГ (Творец, Создатель, Аллах)! Почему огромные яки и др. живут на высокогорье (где дуют сильные холодные ветры и скудная растительность!)? И не спускаются ВНИЗ -- где теплее и еды намного больше! Не задумывались!? Потому что СОЗДАТЕЛЬ ОПРЕДЕЛИЛ ИМ МЕСТО именно ТАМ! То, что говорит автор -- волки "согласились" и стали жить с человеком! При этом ИМЕННО ЭТИ волки поменяли окрас и стали пестрыми, либо палевыми (как кангал), научились ЛАЯТЬ (а как же иначе!?!?), перестав выть (в большинстве случаев)! А еще -- волки живут всю жизнь одной парой, но с человеком они решили устраивать собачьи свпдьбы! АБСУРД! СОБАКУ ДАЛ человеку СОЗДАТЕЛЬ! По--скольку, согласно Библии (а это слово Бога и ИСТИНА в ПЕРВОЙ инстанции), ВСЕ животные и звери питались ТРАВНОЙ ЗЕЛЕНЬЮ (Быт.1:30). После ПОТОПА все растения вымокли и людям БЫЛО РАЗРЕШЕНО есть животных (Быт.9:3). Люди стали снова разводить домашних животных (они были ЕЩЕ ПРИ КАИНЕ). И вот ТОГДА, очевидно, на них стали нападать хищники! И тогда, очевидно, БОГ ДАЛ людям ЗАЩИТНИКА и ОХРАННИКА, подобного волку! Чтоб этот защитник МОГ ЛАЕМ предупредить человека! Чтоб мог без труда ходить по следу! И чтоб он был ПРЕДАН человеку!
