    thank you so much for this amazing tutorial, i love Digitalpunkfx work, so super stoked about your tutorial! i always wondered how to add increasing the numbers on soundkeys, thanks for the tip with using "integrate".
    Tip for musicians: if you want to have really defined triggers, you can consider generate yourself some trigger tracks in your DAW and export them as audio and import to AE, that way you have perfect control over the triggering process and the movement you want to apply, you just need to be careful that your trigger tracks are in sync with the song. This Works well especially if you you have dense mix going on, and it will help you to separate the more delicate parts from your music to your triggers.

      @CreativeDojo  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Very awesome tip indeed! Never thought about actually using a DAW to generate a trigger track, but might as well since you have full control over the track. Thanks for the tip!

    There is a skip from 9:42 - 9:44 where the Mir thingy is rotated a little. Did you rotate the layer itself or was there a setting in Mir that you used?

    • @meatwad6315

      I added animations to offset x,y,z using the same expression and changing the multiplier. Messing with the bends helps to bulge out the ends and achieve a similar look. I had the same issue as you in Mir3.

    • @CreativeDojo
      @CreativeDojo  4 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @alankps
      @alankps 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CreativeDojo oh i think i explained it wrong... yeah, that is how the basic setting is when you drag Mir into ae, but i mean a square which is not filled, so just the "border"; like the line, you created in this video, but 4 times... its hard to explain :/

    We can do same thing with image instead of MIR??

    • @CreativeDojo
      @CreativeDojo  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you want to do it with an image, you'd probably still need a plugin like Trapcode Mir to give your image "geometry". Basically map the image onto the surface of Mir, then manipualte Mir. You could also do it with Trapcode Form or use Cinema 4D and map the image to a plane.
