Died for Gohan vs Cell- (uncanon) Broke the rules of life and death to save Gohan from Bojack. Came back after 7 years and asked Goten for a hug, and held him tight and told chichi he missed her and loved her. In DBS he spends his farm days with Goten as Gohan a grown man... like Goku is actually an EXCELLENT DAD.
The dub made a huge mistake.Thay made Ging say: "I'll wait right here.". But he just said:"I'll wait for you ". He didn't say anything about staying there.

I honestly feel like ging didnt care. moreover, he didnt even properly greet gon nor did he approach his son and take his son into his hands and comfort him. The fact that he didnt even smile after seeing the recovered gon, and rather, the expression on ging's face was more of a " oh wait he's here already? what a pain in the ass" it literally felt like he was more annoyed than concerned about gon. All the more reason to hate him.
Ging's fatherhood a little booty but he smart enough to leave Gon with his aunt and made Greed Island to train him, had faith in his boy and only didn't wanna see Gon because he's ashamed and embarrassed. But then again why would he take Gon to the dark continent with him...still booty though but Gon isn't a normal kid so for their standards its aight.
Um is abandonment what ging is doing is a right thing? Is that what your telling me? If it is then i can see that your future as a parent would be horrible
