Why do you want to change the thermostat? This thermostat measures the outside temperature of the boiler and the water temperature is lower. I used to measure the water temperature with my thermofilter and it is at 90 degrees Celsius. If you put a thermostat on 95 degrees, your water will be around 75 degrees?
