9/19 Hurricane Dorian brought me here. She stalled for 48 hours as a category 5 about 100 miles away from the coast of florida where I live then slowly curved the east coast as a major storm leveling everything on her path

Did you know: Thunderstorms are taller than hurricanes and their updrafts are more dangerous to pilots than strong 200mph winds
There has never been a 200 mph gust from a thunderstorm besides a tornado

0:33 what triggers the development of an easterly waves could be anything, could be a little girl playing in the sand, could trigger a little dust devil for example that perturb
the atmosphere downstream in such a way, you get one of these waves.
the easterly waves create a system of turbulence at east which go on to develop
a cluster of thunderstorms.

Hurricanes are formed in the ocean as they need warm water for evaporation. So how can a sand dust trigger of an hurricane ?It's highly impossible. But a good educational video. Appreciate the effort.

Not all hurricanes originate in Africa, many record breaking systems formed east of the Bahamas or in the west Caribbean.
