I sold my 2020 Harley Road Glide Limited for a 2022 GoldWing. I think it's the best bike I've ever owned. Earlier this year I road from Seattle to San Francisco in 13 hours, arrived relaxed with no aches or pains. Unbelievable. All I'll say is DON'T test ride one if you aren't prepared to buy it, coz you will want to after 🙂
@@TakoNekko Good question, my wife asks me that every time I change a bike :-). I think like most folks I've spend my life looking for the perfect bike. After I did the test ride, I spent a long time thinking about it. I love Harley's, I love what they stand for, I love their history and the culture. But the GoldWing was just a better bike! (It's not perfect, just better.) I am fortunate in that I have a second bike that is a Harley, so I didn't walk away from the brand completely, but (for me) the GW was just a better touring motorcycle - that's the bottom line.

I totally agree with you. I have a sport bike, but a GW is just so comfortable. Never tested one yet but I have heard nothing but amazing reviews from actual owners!
I've been riding for 35yrs and decided to buy the 6 speed manual transmission touring model this spring. This is probably the most comfortable motorcycle I've ever driven. You mentioned in the review that you'll get 300km per tank however, if you ride in ECON mode you'll easily get 400km per tank so long as you're not cranking the throttle. It comes with a hefty price tag that should afford a few more options like a bigger windshield, digital dash, side lighting and ACC, but all in all it's the best motorcycle I've ever owned. Cheers.
Great video, as always! I primarily ride adv bikes (900 rally pro, 690 endro r), but when I get on my Wing (21 DCT tour) and head out on epic voyages, there is simply nothing better. Your entire mindset changes as you settle in and relax. So peaceful and NOT in a hurry. I upgraded the stereo so there is absolute clarity at hwy speeds. I still prefer camping / living off of the bike and as a solo rider, there is plenty of secure storage. I wish everyone, especially the skeptics, could try one of these; channel their "inner old man". That all being said, I definitely would not pick it for the "if you could only have one bike" category...maybe another video for you to contemplate. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for the suggestion! Yes, it’s great to have access to multiple bikes. For only one I’d go with my T7’s versatility. For two-up though, nothing beats the Wing.
To finish my thought. I just ordered a new goldwing. This will be my 4th. Like you said if you want the sound and feel of a v twin then get a harley. I will stick with the goldwing going forward. Glad i tried the harley. Makes you appreciate how good the goldwing is.

Rode all those wonderful roads on my Valkyrie and loved it. Bought the F6 Valkyrie after renting a wing in California and even coming from a sport bike was suitability impressed. Sad to see Wellington blocked off in front of Parliament but such is life. Keep these entertaining reviews coming. Thanks from Vancouver Island.
I just picked up a 2018 Goldwing Tour(manual) today, I am dually impressed, but still trying to take in the 150 mile ride experience. I can say I've never ridden a bike like it.
Not the sort of bike I was expecting you to review. Excellent to see you doing one. I remember many years ago parking my tiny 1990 Fiat 126 car next to a Goldwing.... 🤣
I currently ride a 2004 HD Road King. It has given me 115000 miles of trouble free pleasure. It will always be in my garage. I have owned 2 Goldwings. A 1985 Gl1200 Interstate and a 1997 GL1500 limited edition. I am planning on buying a new Goldwing DCT Automatic tour as soon as one is available. My plan is for 2 up touring in comfort. Love my Road King , but you need to know the limitations of each bike. 1 up I can go for days on the King. Not so with a back seat rider.
Good video. One thing you have to remember the range on the 2018 + is just as good as the previous generation. My buddy has a 2008 Goldwing, and I have a 2018 . When we hit the gas station, he always puts in at least a gallon or more then I put in my bike . I've seen on a good day about 300 miles on a tank full. My bladder needs to be emptied before my tank needs filling . So in my opinion the 5.5 gallon tank is more than adequate. Happy trails.
Seen a couple of them in Sturgis and man, was I impressed! Sweet looking bike! Every owner loved the bike and what it has become from past models. A lot of information as always! Hasta luego!
Great video. I ordered the 2023 touring version in November of 2022, but won't get it until March or April of this year. I'm excited. Yeah, I wish the tank was a 6 gallon or even a 7. That would have been icing on the cake.
The hesitant issue you found around the 5/6th gear is all eliminated with a DCT along with many additional maladies. If you find one to ride, please do. I believe you mentioned the fuel and or range three times. Unfortunately you didn't actually finish any measurements? I deal with MPG's but listed for you are KM. I enjoy my 2021 DCT and thank all the gods for allowing me to enjoy this bike. 90% of my riding is one up but with max gear as I ride several days to multiple weeks each time; thus I am on the loaded/heavy side. Never have I rode less than a 440 KM capability in fuel flow calculations. I always start/finish at full and then calculate every trip. My best on two partial tanks was 92 KM per 3.8 liters. (I hope I did that correctly?) (57 MPG) Those were not interstate legs as I avoid those at all costs. Honda engineers intentionally decreased the fuel for many reasons but did so knowing this all new engine would attain the same or better range and it does! Due to the cc count being within one cc, everyone assumed it was the same engine, NOT. The new GW is also an all new design engine; smaller size, more fuel efficient, mounted more forward and you could go on. I did enjoy your review, better than I could do on a bike and recording! Good Job, but you asked for input so I sent mine. Good Rides, PT
Funny you mention the love child of a gen 5 GW and a ST1300. I had a 2005 ST1300 from 05-10. When I saw the new GW, I thought the same thing about the live child. You can totally see the ST1300 in the front end of the new GW. I’ve got a 2020 FJR1300 which I will keep forever. But am fence sitting between a manual gen 6 GW or a BMW K1600GLT for a second steed in the stable.
I had a ‘76 model GL1000 in 77-78. What a sneaky fast scoot! I’ve now a 2015 GW Without abs/air bags/Navi. Best bike I ever had. I’d love to get one of the newer GW(post 2018) but I’m looking at the Shadow.
I have a 81 & a 96 wing but most of my miles are on my Shadow Sabre best mid size bike more leg room and at the end of a full day your not as tired. I am old n instead of going up to a wing looks like I went down to a 1100 Sabre. Not getting rid of any but the shadow is my fav
I just took my ‘21 Tour DCT on an Iron Butt Ride around Lake Superior. I’m hooked on their DCT, and I love how it growls quietly (sparing my ears). I added the amp to the sound system. Apple CarPlay is great on it. My BMW rarely gets ridden nowadays. The Goldwing is just too much fun. And I like the road presence. I have a lot less people pulling out in front of me, because it’s so visible.
@tonyseeley, said "DO NOT test ride one if you are not prepared to buy it, because you will want to after". Tony is right, I went to Honda to buy an NT1100, until someone convinced me to test drive the Goldwing Touring 2024. I had to buy it. It is in a class of its own.
Time zones allow one of the first comments 😆 great review. Yeah I would have one in a heartbeat. But the BMW R1800 Classic would probably get the nod if I was ready for a bagger. But first I want to put a lot more miles on my cmx1100. That is just a fun machine without being a HD simp.
I own an 18’ DCT….love it. I had an 05’ and other than luggage this is superior in every way. I also support if you pack right with the right gear it’s manageable for long trips. I think we all tend to over pack anyways. ;). It’s a sport bike with bags now….and an amazing one at that.
Another great video. I have a 2013 Harley with a Trunk and I do like it. I don't love it but it is still very fun to ride. I have also really liked the new Goldwings. I may have to go check one out. I know they would be buttery smooth and ride better than my FLHTK. Lots of torque and noise but it takes bumps like a cement truck.
Nice review. I bought a 2021 DCT Bagger here in NJ in May '21. Now, it has 19K miles on it. By far, its the most precious bike I've owned. (From BSA Gold Star, a Triumph Thunderbird and Norton 650 and a few Hondas then an FJR). Oops, I'm showing my age... This is my ultimate motorcycle. It encompasses the characteristics of a sport tourer and a long-range miler, solo or two-up . I see you are in Canada. Years ago, Before getting transferred to the USA, I rode with my wife on a Honda 450 from my home in Montreal to Miami, and back. Ride safe.
I just got back from a 1200+ mile trip into Canada and I did it on my 2021 Goldwing Tour DCT. What a Dream Machine. I put on the Rivco Hiway pegs the day before I left and they worked well. I have 2 complaints with the bike. 1st complaint is fuel capacity with real world range of 225-240 in Tour Mode. The 2nd complaint is the electronics. The CarPlay requires a headset be active and although I use a Sena it’s battery died and the CarPlay went away and with that my navigation. I did not have the Canada maps on the Honda Nav so it was a bummer. My wish list for future models would be a cruise with radar and rear facing blind spot detection. I would also like to see a digital display. The entire time I was on this trip I had to try and see the small analog dial for KM.
Always wanted a Wing, but bought an 07 VTX1800T. It is a great touring bike, but not so great going down the mile long dirt road I live on. Don't think a Wing would be any better.
It was sad to see the Gold Wing Road Riders Association and related rallies close after 43 years. This was a great group of people but falling membership and the last few rallies were poorly run did the association in. And, to add fuel to the fire, the rumor is Honda will discontinue the Goldwing after 2025 due to EU-5 regulations or just produce a DCT version. Times are changing as the saying goes so this is the time to enjoy such an iconic bike, even at close to $30k USD.
The sad part is GWRRA disbanded after running nearly as long as the bike has been around. I was initially interested because of the low advertised seat height but the seat was too wide for me to be comfortable at a stop. It never ceases to amaze me how well equipped the Honda and BMW are at prices lower than either the Harley or Indian equivalents
As a GoldWing DCT Tour owner I was a little disappointed *looking at the fuel tank capacity on paper*. However this generation gets excellent fuel economy @ 52mpg or 22km/L and more than makes up for the smaller tank size. On a recent 10000km trip the bike routinely displayed 450 +/- kms range on full tank and the above mpg while moving. Regular gas I might add. Side note: Because you conflated specs in a few instances from the non tour and tour, DCT and Standard it was hard for me to understand what experiences you attributed to what model. But they are all lovely bikes and worth the cost. Cheers.
I really enjoy Honda and the Goldwing (actually many brand offerings). I had a GW several years ago, and can sum it up in one word... Wow... At 5'9" it is a little too tall for me. The weight is extremely well balanced. Styling is always subjective, but I like it. Handling is spot on and exceeded all my expectations. Two things I wish could be changed... That fantastic motor restricts you foot position and comfort mounting of forward pegs, but it can be done. I would really like to see Harley either build a factory trike or purchase a quality trike company and put their spin on it. I would buy on very quickly.
Harley has a factory trike.. Its called a TriGlide. I have one for sale! 2018 with 5000 miles on it.. Bought it for my wife and she doesnt like it.. Hit me up if interested
It is a great bike. But I must admit that I am disappointed that cornering ABS, cornering traction control, cornering lights, adaptive cruise control and blind spot detection are not available on it. Many of the motorcycles it is competing against have available at least two of these. Some as standard equipment. Technically, the 1500 Goldwing wasn't the first motorcycle with reverse. But for many reasons, it was the first that really mattered. My late wife and I fantasized about having a touring motorcycle that either of us could comfortable riding with the other as passengers. (We were considering an old 1200 Goldwing that a family member had due to its size.) The 2018 sixth generation of the Goldwing may have fulfilled our fantasy. She passed away less than a year before this generation of the Goldwing was released. So, I was really hoping to see Brooke ride it. Preferably with you as passenger. Great video as always. If passenger made motorcycle purchasing choices there would be a whole lot more Goldwings and other touring motorcycles sold. Up until the 1990's motorcycle magazine included at least a paragraph about passenger comfort in ever motorcycle review article.
Thanks for the comment. I’m really sorry to hear about your wife. I joked that Brooke should ride the GW with me on the back but she’s not confident enough for a bike that size, especially if it’s not ours. We don’t want to get on Honda Canada’s bad side and I already dropped the Africa Twin. The GW is definitely the bike she most enjoyed as a passenger though.
Would absolutely love a Goldwing but here in Au the Tourer cost more than I'll get for both my old kidneys. MSRP $50,000 AUD ($45,000 CAD) PLUS Govt. Charges 😳 And that's IF you can get one at all so maybe even more.
Recently rode a 2020 Touring Goldwing and was tremendously disappointed, not sure what I was expecting based upon all of the LOVE heaped upon the bike. At highway speed 75 felt wind buffeting shaking my head left to right, raised and lowered the windscreen and nothing changed. The seating position for a person of my height 6’3” with a 33-34 inseam was not particularly comfortable either , the engine was nice and sounded great upon acceleration but gotta say wouldn’t spend $30K on the bike. The Harley Road Glide felt more comfortable but definitely more agricultural and had far fewer features for a higher price, waiting to ride a K1600GA in hopes that it will be better than the bikes I have tested so far. We will see, but the Goldwing must be better for Shorter riders, definitely not my cup of tea.
I purchased my first harley in 2019 (street glide ultra ltd) The bike sounded great but like all harleys they are a money pit. Pipes tuner, intake. Ride quality was horrible as was the handling. So more money would be required to correct these problems. I decided to sell the bike as all these add ons were to much money. Harley are the masters of just making there bikes good enough knowing riders will spend thousands of dollars to upgrade them.
I’m 66 and I’ve ridden Goldwings since I was 27. They’re not just an “old man’s” bike. Just depends on one’s ridding style and preferences. I also own and ride sport-touring and dual sport bikes.
I like the new generation of gold wing a lot, but it is still a little bit big for my liking. If I was looking at a bike for touring I think the "new" NT1100 would be more for me. Just wish that bike came in actual colours instead of black white and grey
Now if Honda would bring the NT1100 to Canada. I'll keep my FJR1300 for now. 140 HP, cruise control, electronic suspension, electronic windshield, 22L tank, heated grips, just over 600lbs and $10K less than a wing
Given a bigger garage and a fatter wallet I could see the bagger version or the American variants in my garage - this from an adventure, enduro and naked street bike rider.
They're not really my style of bike, I'd rather a little less comfort and storage for a little more fun in the twisties but if I had to have one it's be the Goldwing with the Beemer in close second. Neither will make me give up my Versys 1000 though. Maybe if I live in North America that would change but for someone who mostly rides in the UK and Ireland I'll stick to something smaller.
Yeah, good point. We have those huge distances here and very fast highways to cross them. For Interstate travel it’s hard to beat a Gold Wing. Everywhere else the ADV bike rules.
I had a 2013 Goldwing, great bike, effortless touring but heavier than a really heavy thing. Everyone that rode it dropped it. I never did but the weight was always there ready to bite you in the ass. Plus I found it boring! Beautiful, magic carpet ride but no soul.
I don't know what all the worshiping of the new Gen 6 Goldwing is all about. I have a 2004 Goldwing with 111K miles on it and it is twice (TWICE) the bike my newer 2018 Goldwing 6 speed is. My 04 has more power, more acceleration, handles the curves much easier and better than the 2018. The 2018 you have to counter steer into tight curves. The 04 just falls into the curves all by itself. Sorry, to say, but the 04 is much quicker in any corner than the 18. The 04 is much more comfortable for long rides If I wanted a Harley I would ride my 03 Fat Boy. But if I want the noise and shake my 18 Goldwing does just fine. I do not like that. I do love the adj. windshield, the gps, the 6 speed and gear indicator and the styling is FANTASTIC! I ride by myself so the luggage space is ok for me (and my wife is she goes. (we pack light and do not camp). If I could have only one Goldwing it would be my 04 (or the Gen 5) over the new Gen 6. That is just one man's opinion. That being said, I will always stand by my statement that the 04 out handles the 18 any day of the week. As stated above, the 2018 GW is too loud and is shakes too much. Now here is the reason I keep the 2018 Goldwing. "As a Goldwing the 2018 is Gen 6 is not a great bike. BUT as a 2018 "ST1800" it is a fantastic bike. AND that is what my license plate is "ST1800"
Yeah, the Gold Wing is a nice bike, but every time I go shopping for a new bagger I chose a Harley. Why? Because it's more fun and because I really am bothered by a sterile, comparatively boring ride that is surrounded by thin plastic and cheap buttons. I mean, it's IS a nice bike, but the Harley and the Indian are so much more ... hell, fun. S P.S.: Before someone screams "fanboy!" I will say that I've owned every Japanese bike brand out there and a few Euro bikes. Yes, I currently own two Harleys, but I also have a Himalayan and a boss KTM. Why? Because they're flippin' fun! ;)
I could totally understand you on that one. I borrowed my friend's 08 goldwing and it was a nice bike but yeah it was kind of a boring ride. It had all sorts of great features but I wasn't a fan of the side loading saddle bags. Maybe one day I'll buy one... If I don't end up going for a Harley Ultra Limited like last time. I love my Ultra Limited but the Gold Wing definitely has some better features.
@@d.mar.2624 That's one of my Harleys. I'm on my second Ultra Limited. The Harley isn't cutting edge tech, but it feels more solid, more substantial. I simply feel better on it than a friend's Gold Wing. S
I rode a 2021 model with the auto gearbox. Though you could chaoose gear, if it did1nt like the choice it still chnaged gear, (scary), also the exhaust noise would channel in around the fairing and was extremely loud, so it would have to ridden with earplugs in or go mad. I would never own one. hopefully Handa fixed that problem with the 2022
I'll say this.. it doesnt look as much of a recliner as the 80's Goldwing that all the die-hard fans ride, because they can afford an old one. Im sure its a good ride, but I wouldnt have it as my only bike. Maybe when I push 60 in a decade, if combustion engines are still allowed by then. They probably wount be.
Anyone who waxes on about the new Goldwing cries about the storage space. I just don't get it. Old people complaints I guess, people who should be in a convertible or SUV with plenty of storage space. Compared to just about every other standard/sporty motorcycle, the Goldwing has tons of storage. On the other hand, I can see how a 5.5 gallon tank isn't exactly a touring-range for a 1800cc+ engine. Suzuki has a 1L naked bike with 5.0 gallon tank now.
If you do it right, that 5.5 gallon tank can take you almost 250 miles! My last cruiser with a 6 gallon tank could hardly get over 150 miles. NO complaints about range here!
@@91156 I do not remember what the first year was, but it was a GL900. I cannot find any info on it right now, but will research it more when I have time. There is no way that I could be wrong. Lol
Apparently my forgetter is working overtime, because I was sure that the first model was a 900, but I am evidently mistaken, as I can find no evidence of such a machine.
Japanese made Honda like it's predecessors have no expiration , when treated properly with maintenance and riding the way this bike was made to be ridden will last forever and your odometer will break the Guinness book of records for mileage put on the bike. Why spend a lot on buying a bike when for less money you can own a gorgeous superior looking looking bike with style that will turn heads, you can own a Honda and be able to hear your surround sound rather than hear the the muffler. I call it the Bentley of Motorcycles, Peace.
for someone tech educated the name goldwing sound totally stupid. would anyone think a bird's wing made of gold will stay airborne or even get airborne? I guess the guy who called the shots in marketing was called Icarus.

Thanks! I try to pack it into a short video.
Please Dont Stop Making AWESOME CONTENT !!! Superb 👌
Thanks for your kind words!
Good video, great review, beautiful roads and spectacular views. Pleasure to watch.
Thank you! Much appreciated.
Best gold wing review out there 👍thanks
They won't see you Goldwing or not and if you t bone them with that monster it ain't gonna be good
@tonyseeley, said "DO NOT test ride one if you are not prepared to buy it, because you will want to after". Tony is right, I went to Honda to buy an NT1100, until someone convinced me to test drive the Goldwing Touring 2024. I had to buy it. It is in a class of its own.
I love this bike. The DCT is a winner I have the NSS750 it’s a delight. Entering competitions to win this in the United Kingdom.
Yep, and if you want to tour, just get the fairing.
I own an 18’ DCT….love it. I had an 05’ and other than luggage this is superior in every way. I also support if you pack right with the right gear it’s manageable for long trips. I think we all tend to over pack anyways. ;). It’s a sport bike with bags now….and an amazing one at that.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks! Once you get used to leaving your helmet in a trunk it’s hard to go back.
Got a 2018 Goldwing Tour new with 0 miles in 2020 for under $21,000 U.S.. Was pretty good timing before price’s shot up. Love the bike so far.
Awesome, congrats!
Ride safe.
Not interested in e bikes or goldwings , still going to watch though, and a lighter goldwing , interesting .
Great video 👍👍
Thank you!
Nice review keep up the good work
I will definitely be buying the Goldwing but still like Harley, BMW, and Triumph motorcycles
Im hoping to get A wing in the spring
Super thorough… u r not old!
How did you shoot that cool back shot? Gopro max?
Good points. I was always squinting to see the speed as well. That’s why I often went way faster than intended.
the inbuilt Nav works without CarPlay , also there is a workaround for CarPlay that does not need a headset... google it
Absolutely nice bike, hope I can have one.
Love my handa goldwing me and my family enjoy every chance we can go for a bike ride or trip.
Great video, as always!
Thanks!
Always wanted a Wing, but bought an 07 VTX1800T. It is a great touring bike, but not so great going down the mile long dirt road I live on. Don't think a Wing would be any better.
Probably not. An Adv bike is the ticket there.
Me too…. Always wanted a gold wing, but my VTX1300 will get the job done. It’s all paid for, so it’s all good. Peace Be The Journey!
I did a review on the DCT Goldwing. Amazing bike. I really, really want one.
Great review!
Yeah, the DCT in Econ mode might help it pass emissions for a bit longer but soon everything will go either hybrid or electric.
No one has ever confirmed the “no more Goldwing” rumors. #grainofsalt
I’m going to stick with my 2008 gl1800❤️💫🇺🇸🌟
Likewise with my 2005
Good looking bike! Great job on the review 👍🏽
Thanks!
Yeah, the BMW especially since they’re not known for reasonable prices.
Cheers.
Thanks! I only tested the standard model. In my last two Honda reviews I reviewed DCT bikes so I am familiar with it.
Thanks for review..would be interesting to compare with a k1600...you don't need auto on that..just sit in 6th and ride the torque
Reverse came out in 1988 when honda went to the 6 cyl.
Thanks! I thought it was in the 90’s.
Yes, I’ve seen Wing trikes but they were not factory. I’d like to see a gold wing with two wheels on the front like a Can Am.
The GW is definitely the bike she most enjoyed as a passenger though.
any chance Honda will add adaptive cruise control?
I’m not sure. I think they want to keep the price competitive, and there are rumours that they may cancel it in the next few years.
Would absolutely love a Goldwing but here in Au the Tourer cost more than I'll get for both my old kidneys.
MSRP $50,000 AUD ($45,000 CAD) PLUS Govt. Charges 😳
And that's IF you can get one at all so maybe even more.
Wow, prices out there are crazy. You’d think it’d be cheaper because you’re close to Asia.
Australië? 👏🇳🇱NL
I love honda goldwings!!!
Good luck finding one.
Well written narrative.
I love my wing!
Yep, been there, done that.
I wonder if I, at 50, will be such an old geezer that I will dream of goldwing 😅
Probably :)
Nice! I’m testing the latest FJR next week.
Yeah, Honda colours are a bit limited. I like the blue wing best.
@@DifferentSpokesTV I will check it out. Not much to dislike about the FJR. I'm anxious to hear your impressions.
I'm older than Goldwings😮💨, just. Still not old enough to want one😁.
Ha! Nice!
I'll stick with my Tiger 900 GT thanks...
The cat clearly likes the Wing.
Love the gw but I'm 74 and ride 2 up.wishing honda made a trike.
You can have one triked. Many, many out there.
I’ve seen them but they were aftermarket companies.
I.do have one but I wish honda built and serviced them
Given a bigger garage and a fatter wallet I could see the bagger version or the American variants in my garage - this from an adventure, enduro and naked street bike rider.
Can the rear seat be removed?
Not sure about that one.
No. The front and rear flat portion of the seat are one.
Thank you both!
I love it.
You didn't use the driver's back rest (did you? would you?) so not complete old man lol.
Didn’t come with it… or with a stuffed Garfield toy :)
@@DifferentSpokesTV ah, that's why you didn't use it 🤣
I recently rode my 2008 Goldwing to Deadhorse Alaska.. check it out
You couldn't put out a bad video if you tried brother P.S ( Dont try )
Thanks! I’ll keep it up.
I will stick with my 2005
Yeah, the Gold Wing is a nice bike, but every time I go shopping for a new bagger I chose a Harley. Why? Because it's more fun and because I really am bothered by a sterile, comparatively boring ride that is surrounded by thin plastic and cheap buttons. I mean, it's IS a nice bike, but the Harley and the Indian are so much more ... hell, fun.
S
P.S.: Before someone screams "fanboy!" I will say that I've owned every Japanese bike brand out there and a few Euro bikes.
Yeah I’d definitely go adv bike if I could only have one. But for two-up touring, this thing is great.
@@migueljonz3901 Was that a supercharged Vmax or something? hahaha
@@exothermal.sprocket: Roadstar XV1700, it once even made it to 189 miles...once! And yes, it was slightly modified.
Original was a 900, not 1,000.
Wrong. First Wing was a 1975 GL1000.
@@91156 I do not remember what the first year was, but it was a GL900.
I cannot find any info on it right now, but will research it more when I have time.
There is no way that I could be wrong. Lol
@@justjames9775 Well, you are wrong. There was never a 900 Goldwing.
Apparently my forgetter is working overtime, because I was sure that the first model was a 900, but I am evidently mistaken, as I can find no evidence of such a machine.
@@justjames9775 Honda made a CB900 cruiser style motorcycle in the early 80s. But, as you are finding, never a 900 Wing.
Very informative but your biases are showing
Generation + iteration= Iteneration Okay.
Who’s the white guy on the thumbnail?
:)
@@DifferentSpokesTV I’m guessing you? Did you pay reparations for all the Native Americans your ancestors killed in Canada?
If I wasn't such a midget, I would've tried to get this bike.
Блин подарите мне такую тачку.живя в моей стране остается только мечтать о ней.
Thanks for the comment!
hard core offroading ?? yeah ok.
Joke :)
Honda makes the best motorcycles hands down. Harleys are over prices pieces of garbage
wow, thats the smallest car i've ever seen!!
for someone tech educated the name goldwing sound totally stupid. would anyone think a bird's wing made of gold will stay airborne or even get airborne?
I guess the guy who called the shots in marketing was called Icarus.
