      sir kindly guide how to illuminate an interior scene without natural light. just artificial light. and light fill in the whole room equally instead of somewhere too much light somewhere too dark. Thank you so much

    Wow! Thank you so much. I’m a new Lumion user (coming from D5 and Enscape) and it’s features like this that make Lumion still very relevant. Been following you for a long time and use Lumion and D5 mainly thanks to you.

  • @darienstrickler8605

    Thanks so much, very informative and helpful for some things while I'm in school. Is there any way to bring in multiple elements from a model separately into lumion so the don't read as one entity upon importing? I know that I could just create separate files with each of these elements but that also can take up quite a bit of space. For example, say I wanted to create a model which has the walls, floors, roof, and structure as separate entities in lumion so that I can separate them in lumion to create an exploded axon view. Thanks in advance!

    • @NunoSilva3d
      @NunoSilva3d  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      To create that effect you need to import them as separate models. They don't have a view as "layers", lets say, for models only.

    Thank you, and what about objects like trees or cars? Can you have different deployment of them, for instance for the landscape, in each variation as well?

    • @MrRENZsalas
      @MrRENZsalas 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the best thing to do with this concern is doing this by layers.

    • @NunoSilva3d
      @NunoSilva3d  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If it's a car or a tree that you imported to Lumion, yes, you can do the same. If not, then the best thing would be what @Mark Anthony suggested.

    Could you have two different models like these with different SketchUp LiveSync changes? In that case will the scene be same but the model has some minor modelling changes, or would the LiveSync changes be applied to both models?

    Legend! Won my school 3d rendering contest because of your tutorials! One question... how did you make those tree assets disappear and reappear when you when you fly in and out of the 3d model? Is that some sort of performance boost option built in lumion 12 exclusively or is that available with older versions?

    Variations are good if changes are only on the building itself, but if you are changing vegetation around the house for the second version it's still better to create a new LS file.

    • @NunoSilva3d
      @NunoSilva3d  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No need for a second file. You can create layers and hide or unhide according to the version you want to show.
