You are so groovy. Most people would hide their problems and act like their world is perfect. You on the other hand, share your journey and how you are changing. Thank you for being brave and honest. You have a lot to share that will help so many women who were taught self sacrifice all the the time. Freedom!
Cara, I really appreciate your ability to put yourself behind everything and see your kids for who they are and being that mama bear. You sold me. Best wishes.
At this point, I respond with the cult question with something like: Joseph Smith was a conman who started a cult, but the church is now a global business peddling "salvation" with a cult mentality still existing in the minds of many members. Or something like that. ;-)
Naming the shower head! Lmao if God is real he likes laughter. I can relate so much to your story. Im so glad that you found your truth while you are young. Leaving the church at 50 wouldn't be recommended.
I feel like this podcast carried a lot less anger and was just straight forward. Explaining if you think it was a cult was very level headed and didn’t feel emotionally charged and I loved that.

I’ve missed these nuanceho kind of videos. I get that Tim Ballard needs to be exposed but I like hearing other thoughts of Carah ❤
Same here
Good to have you back.

What a beautiful and hilarious way to start
Having a relaxed video show up from you made my day.
Oh, my gosh, I'm hating those teen girls laughing at Gwynn at the camp!
Great video! Thank you. 🩷
We must stop Tim 's heinous lies .
❤ Thanks, and we have a hid out in Montana if you need ‼️
Can I come too?

I think that`s the best answer I have heard til now.

Nice vid Alyssa... I mean Carah
The Byrds did “Turn, Turn, Turn”, not the Beatles. I did take more away from this than that niggling correction. 😉 stay healthy
Was gonna comment that as well
Niggling?
Definitely agree about Taylor Swift 😂
I enjoyed your story. I feel similarly in many ways.
Love the snuggie metaphor

Im very concerned for everyones safety with this election. TB will get a job in this administration. Likely a high powered one. Please be careful.
You really think he will?
Divorced? So you're saying there's a chance!
If you're a woman.
@@davidjohnzenocollins No, but I'll do whatever it takes!
The Byrds, not The Beatles. Otherwise, no notes (apart from that there is no God, yadda yadda).
