Can I just say that I'm very grateful for you folks putting Razorbeard in the lineup? I'm a big Rayman fan, but the series has been pretty starved for any major content these past few years, even from TH-camrs. Maybe y'all could consider doing a Good to Evil for Rayman characters in the future?
A few honorable mentions could be the villains of the Bomberman N64 games are all pretty horrifyingly evil. One is literally the god of the Bomberman universe, The Angel of Light and Shadow who was ready to just destroy the universe and recreate it. Just because. Sirius from Bomberman 64 was ready to use the Omni cube to steal life from entire planets. And Bagular from Bomberman Hero LITERALLY NUKED MULTIPLE PLANETS in the opening of the game.
Okay, there are some inconsistencies with this list, first of all I don't think it states anywhere that Wizpig destroys the planets he defeats in races, i think the extent of his crimes is just limited to taking over Timber's island, forcing the four guardian creatures to serve him & turning Drumstick into a frog & otherwise being a cocky jerk but that's it, Gruntilda on the other hand has far more crimes to her name, she abuses her minions, she cursed Mumbo Jumbo to have that skull mask for a face, she imprisoned the Jinjos in the 9 levels in the fist game, caused the deaths of the entire Gray Jinjo family in Tooie, she owns & operates both Witchy world & Grunty Industries (both of which have committed innumerable health & safety violations) & so many more than I can think of
Also I have a video suggestion Nintendo theories Tame to Dark. And I even have a theroy that's pretty dark. You know how Zelda's mother was mentioned to have died before the events of both BotW and AoC well what if a certain cowardly P.E. hate sink named Astor was responsible for that.

Earthworm Kim is the feminine side of Jim himself, who has been supressed in favor of Jim's male side since he was born. She has been residing in Jim's subconscious, with the hopes of one day in which she could get her time to shine. After collecting all Golden Udders, the door to EWK's battle arena is opened, which I believe is Jim's own subconscious. Once there, Kim tries to beat Jim in order to trap him in his own subconscious, and in turn, leave Brain Central and wake up in the real world.

He at first claimed to be creating new perfect ones for his minions in return, but it turned out he was lying and planned to leave the worlds in a ruin. The only reason why he stopped and sacrificed himself in the end is because he realized that Tippi was still alive. With all this, he does have understandable reasons to be the way he is but that can’t excuse his attempt at commiting omnicide. In just my opinion, I think it’s best to put him around the middle.

@@LucarioBot they don't just take raw power into consideration which in that category alone Ganondorf wipes out most of his competitors they also take influence and brainpower into consideration and Ganondorf is one of the smarter Nintendo villains and he has so much influence that people from alternate universes know who he is. He even shows up in Animal Crossing while taking a break from being evil. So he's definitely up there in fact the only real competition he has is Dimentio, Hades, and King Boo ( He outclasses Giygas due to his superior intelligence and resourcefulness.)

Fawful's Crimes: multiple cases of murder, conspiracy, treason, assault, extortion, kidnapping, drugging, brainwashing, theft, false advertisement, vandalism, false imprisonment, attempted regicide, and even attempted genocide. In fact there are no redeeming qualities that I can see in Fawful since it's even heavily implied that he planned to betray Cackletta, the only reason Fawful isn't in the Pure Evil or Near Pure Evil wikis is because he's too comedic which isn't even that good of a prevention when even LM King Boo and Dimentio are a bit comedic. As for the other villains Elder Princess Shroob: too much offscreen villainy Princess Shroob: cared about her sister and her overall races survival Shadow Queen: most of her villainy happened offscreen and she has moral agency issues Antasma: fails the heinous standard Megabug: has no moral agency The Dark Star ( the actual game version not the one made by DogEatingDogs6 that fan made version of the Dark Star is pure evil heck the creator told me himself): no moral agency Cackletta: cared about Fawful ( although the feeling is implied to not be mutual).

@@Wolfywolf7 Yeah but just like Dimentio, he planned on killing off all the worlds. He at first claimed to be creating new perfect ones for his minions in return, but it turned out he was lying and planned to leave the worlds in a ruin. The only reason why he stopped and sacrificed himself in the end is because he realized that Tippi was still alive. With all this, he does have understandable reasons to be the way he is but that can’t excuse his attempt at commiting omnicide. In just my opinion, I think it’s best to put him around the middle.
@@Wolfywolf7 Yeah but that can’t excuse the fact that he tried to destroy every world only because he lost a loved one, which is something a lot of other villains haven’t been able to do.
@@Wolfywolf7 yeah exactly, he would’ve been on most evil if he didn’t redeem himself after his attempt to destroy all worlds. Which is why I think it is fair to push him to the middle with his omnicidal attempt and redemption arc.

@@LucarioBot they don't just take raw power into consideration which in that category alone Ganondorf wipes out most of his competitors they also take influence and brainpower into consideration and Ganondorf is one of the smarter Nintendo villains and he has so much influence that people from alternate universes know who he is. He even shows up in Animal Crossing while taking a break from being evil. So he's definitely up there in fact the only real competition he has is
Dimentio, Hades, and King Boo ( He outclasses Giygas due to his superior intelligence and resourcefulness.)

Fawful's Crimes: multiple cases of murder, conspiracy, treason, assault, extortion, kidnapping, drugging, brainwashing, theft, false advertisement, vandalism, false imprisonment, attempted regicide, and even attempted genocide.
In fact there are no redeeming qualities that I can see in Fawful since it's even heavily implied that he planned to betray Cackletta, the only reason Fawful isn't in the Pure Evil or Near Pure Evil wikis is because he's too comedic which isn't even that good of a prevention when even LM King Boo and Dimentio are a bit comedic.
As for the other villains
Elder Princess Shroob: too much offscreen villainy
Princess Shroob: cared about her sister and her overall races survival
Shadow Queen: most of her villainy happened offscreen and she has moral agency issues
Antasma: fails the heinous standard
Megabug: has no moral agency
The Dark Star ( the actual game version not the one made by DogEatingDogs6 that fan made version of the Dark Star is pure evil heck the creator told me himself): no moral agency
Cackletta: cared about Fawful ( although the feeling is implied to not be mutual).

Rool, Ganondorf, Ridley, Andross, even Meta Knight and King Dedede had posed bigger threats then Team Rocket, and their not even "actual" villains! And not only that, even after Red defeated Giovanni and caused Team Rocket to disband, they still reserviced in the Johto Region, and in HGSS, it was revealed that Giovanni DIDN'T change his ways after Red beat him, he only disbanded Team Rocket so he could create a "better" Team Rocket, so in other words, Red never truly defeated Team Rocket, REALLY RED!?!?!? REALLY!?!?!?!? You managed to catch all the Pokemon in Kanto and become Champion of said Region, AND YOU COULDN'T EVEN RID THE WORLD OF THE MOST INCOMPETENT VILLAINS IN VIDEO GAME HISTORY!?!?!?!?!?
