I'm from London but living in Kansas, USA. During the 4th of July celebrations some 16 year old kid asked me if we do fireworks in the UK. I didn't want to seem arrogant by saying we have the best on the planet, but after watching this again I wish I had.

Hello it’s 2023 as I posted this on the exact minute happy 1st decade and happy new year 2023
As always, looking 10 years back for the fireworks is a great experience. The sound bites show us how far we’ve come (or regressed) and the music is a welcome portal to the past
I think this was the best new year firework display in London.

Yeah it really is very nice and makes a lot of people very happy but haven't you realize that behind those smiles and lights the smoke released by those fireworks makes our ozone layer worse than ever. Haven't you met GLOBAL WARMING yet? And you afford to do this every year? Great contribution guys.
I think there are way other things that has to change in the point of global warming. Firework once a year is not that bad. You could also do once a year a day where nobody drives a car lol. If you from the point of global warming i think firework is not the top on the list or ?
London has best fireworks :), I'm ridiculously in love with Britain. All the good things happening to Britain makes me so happy and I have never even been there ;).

In my opinion 2012 was best.
Every decade has its own two best years. It's a two most memorable and groundbreaking years, full of extraordinary events. It was: 1952 & 1957, 1962 & 1969, 1972 & 1977, 1984 & 1989, 1994 & 1997, 2004 & 2009, 2012 & 2019. But I'd want to know why 2012 was the best for you? What's for sure, is the BEST weather of all time in 2012 - there were always warm and sunny days.

I was there in 2011 and have watched the London NYE Fireworks every year after on Tv and I agree with you, those three displays from 2011 to 2013 really stand out most. They were Fantastic 😊🌒🎆🎆🎆❄🌲🍁🍂

I've literally only just found that out, it's going to be over 18 minutes & there's a new 03 minute pulse track!
Yes the whole display will be on for 18mins 7 seconds grand finale will start 15 minutes in the display grand finale on for 3 minutes

I rewatch these fireworks every New Years Day. This will always be the best display in my opinion - it was such an amazing year to be British.

2012 was a fantastic year for Britain which was ended in spectacular fashion. It was a brilliant year for Britain in not just sporting terms but overall. Everyone really came together, united and put everything into what happened. That is why I'm proud to be British and feel privileged to live in such a fantastic place! We may never see another year quite like 2012, but we can damn sure try to follow on from it! Bring on 2013 and the years after!
I feel so great being British while watching this. I never look at London thinking "Wow, it's so beautiful!". Love the parts when the camera cuts to the crowd and their awe-inspired faces.
