Firstly, she says "Republic of Ukraina", and there was never such a country (even now Ukraine isn't called like that). At that time Ukraine was a part of USSR (USSR was mentioned in the video too); maybe the source considered USSR as a kind of confederation so it's inner republics were listed too. The correct full name was "Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic", but the authors didn't have such data or didn't care I guess(?) It was a just a region with no internationally recognized name after all. Also she swapped Austria and Australia: actually the latter is a commonwealth, and Austria never was. It's obvious she can't read English well and sometimes messes up with pronunciation, but I listened to around 4:00 and finally understood all the names, though repeated some fragments several times. I narrowed the period further probably because of some other African countries (don't remember, sorry)
