It was a just a region with no internationally recognized name after all. Also she swapped Austria and Australia: actually the latter is a commonwealth, and Austria never was. It's obvious she can't read English well and sometimes messes up with pronunciation, but I listened to around 4:00 and finally understood all the names, though repeated some fragments several times. (scroll to see the answer) 1963 or very late 1962 The most restricting one is Republic of Tanganyika, which only existed under this name between December 1962 and April 1964. I narrowed the period further probably because of some other African countries (don't remember, sorry)

Cool! I was lucky to meet Ferretti and the other original band mates in separate occasions, they were all very gentle and friendly! The '94 live In Quiete is the highest moment in italian music in the last two decades imho, expecially the "Inquieto" song. I suggest you listening to Socialismo Tascabile by Offlaga Disco Pax too, another italian band of the 00s which is truly a gem in terms of lyrics and music alchemy.
It's awesome to hear a foreigner appreciating our peaks in music! I take this chance to suggest you some more interesting and very different to each other italian stuff: "La paura" by Accademia Musicale Teatrale, "Quesiti da sciogliere" by Franti, "Cuore amore errore disintegrazione" by Uochi Toki, "Cristo rave" by The flying madonnas and "Soffocare il topo nella sabbia" by Splatterpink. Enjoy!
By the way, I've been to the 25 year anniversary concert of "Epica etica etnica pathos" last year, that has been the first time CCCP members played it live, shame Ferretti was missing. There were also many other italian artists interpreting the songs though! If you happen to see that concert on the internet, you won't regret it!
