The second temple looks similar to the golden temple because it was made copying the golden temple itself in 1900s due to jelaousy and hate. After the fall of sikh empire, the golden temple was given to hindus to take care of. But hindus then started installing idols in the golden temple which is against the sikhism. So after sikhs won back the golden temple, we took all the idols out of the temple. Hindus were really jealous of this and they constructed a temple copying the architecture of the golden temple. THATS WHY IT LOOKS SAME.
