How to unlock:
Get an S rank on every Cyber Challenge
Note: It’s only accessible in Story Mode, you cannot use this in Arcade Mode. You can turn it on and off in the settings once you unlock.

Also to add, you can also use this when going back to Cyber Challenge Mode. The only mode that it’s unavailable for as far as I know is Arcade Mode.
