The History of Bowl Games

If you are a regular fan of my channel you probably know I love looking back at College Football History. I think there is beauty in the game’s history and a lot of that love can be linked to the fact that I was born and raised in New Jersey where the first-ever college football game was played. With Bowl season starting up this weekend, I thought there would never be a better time to look back at the history of College Football Bowl games and how they have evolved over the years. This is the History of College Football Bowl season.

Always love Bowl season, even though some people will say it is meaningless. Love all bowl game mainly NY6 bowl, Orange Bowl and Chick fil-A peach bowl are top 2 favorite.

Pundits say there are too many bowl games I as a fan disagree let me explain why : I was born into football by virtue of my dad who played at San Jose state ( for the record I went to community college ) then decades later we have teams such as Boise state ( need I remind y’all of the fiesta bowl when they beat Oklahoma on the Statue of Liberty play ) and teams such as the university of Cincinnati ( the first group of 5 team to make the playoff ) and it is bcoz of the hard work of not only those on the field but the boys on the practice squads ( the boys that DONT GET THE TV TIME ) that name college football the great sport it is
