Man you're the best you go through the military basic training then stay in there then live through the whole thing and never died and after the military you go to the police academy and become a officer man that's amazing man thanks for your service and staying in service twice in a row once in the military then in with the police

Every academy is different, but for my academy it was mostly running and -obstacle course training
