You are the sweetest person ever! I absolutely love watching your videos. You are the source I will go to first, because your methods are tried and true; and your opinions are honest and unbiased. I love that you don't have paid sponsorships when evaluating products. I have found the most success with your videos. Thank you for all you do!
I’m glad that I watched this video. The 15 ounce mug problem is a dealbreaker for me. I almost wished I had purchased that one instead of the mug/Tumblr press that I had purchased. Now I am glad I got the one that I did. However, I was inspired to play. So I was playing along with you, and I’m making some mugs tonight.
❤ 👋 👋 I just love the way Jennifer, Team, and everyone on the Channel help us to figure out what we did wrong and how to fux the problem. Also we get to see a lot of new and exciting things.
Jennifer, you are the best teacher, I just wanted to say a very BIG Thankyou for your videos, I am new to cricut and watch one of your video's everytime I am trying something new. Thanks again. 💜
I just purchased thee HTVRont Auto Press and was able to successfully sublimate a 15oz Mug (was a tight fit) using the Michael's Brand. Also used the Michaels Brand 12oz Mug without any fitting issues. The Cricut mugs are probably just too wide to use. Yes, Michaels make 10oz mugs to answer one of your user's questions.
I've just got this machine - I love your design. I watched your tutorial before my first use, so THANKYOU Jennifer. I can't wait to get started with this machine on my Glass Tumbler 💖
Thank you for this review. I have been contemplating purchasing one. I have the Cricut mug press so I am not worried about mugs. I have never tried to sublimate anything other than Cricut mugs in my mug press because I had heard people who tried tumblers or even other brands of mugs than Cricut brand had issues with the mug presses no longer working. Really appreciate all your tutorials and find them very informative.
I have this press and just made my very first tumbler. I held the buttons down for temp and time and it changes by 5 second increments. It turned out great!
I did not have this when you were live. You are showing me everything I wanted to make now that I have received mine. Thank you and Craig for all your help.
Hi, Jennifer and team! The tumbler looks fantastic! I really wouldn't have noticed the 'white spot' if you hadn't pointed them out. I love the design. Thank you for showing us the press.
Didn’t realise you had the sublimation cookbook out. Just ordered mine off Amazon. Thanks Jennifer. Although I’ve been sublimating for over 10 years like you say we can always learn something new 😁
I just got my HTVRont today and so happy to see this. I had really good luck with a tumbler and 12 oz. mug. The description on Amazon does state up to 15 oz. mug. Measurements of mugs are on the Cricut box. I love your videos. Thank You
for those just seeing this video and purchasing the htvront press, you can press and hold down the button to adjust. you just gotta press it and hold it down for longer than Jennifer did
I just got one, made 11 tumblers and 8 11oz mugs, the mugs were a tight fit (not cricut) but it is a workhorse, and went strong through the entire process
I have - and love - the HTVRont regular autopress, this seems very similar. FWIW, the cooking guidelines in the regular press manual are worse than useless... I learned to just ignore them and use manufacturer recommendations. Or my Jennifer Maker Sublimation Cookbook of course 😂
Hi Jennifer, thank you for introducing and testing out the new Htv press tumbler. I learned a lot. Loved how the glass can colors came out so bright. Have the same design and my colors are not that bright. Can’t wait to try your suggestions. God bless
Awesome review, thank you, Jennifer!🤩👏🏽👏🏽 I think it did well on the large tumbler, but I wish the seam of the press was a tighter fit with no visible gap. I really hope Cricut makes a tumbler size heat press now that they are starting to come out in the market. Maybe you should write to Cricut and let them know about your review and suggestions for a future tumbler press.🤷🏻♀️🙏🏽🙌🏽 Blessings.🕊🎄🥰🙋🏻♀️💜tfs
Thank you so much for doing this video. This is the press I have been considering. It was enlightening to find that it can't do a oz mug. BUMMER! I sure wish it could go just a bit bigger.
Thanks for this Jennifer and Greg. Love the designs. I scored a used tumbler press (pyd life) with 14 frosted subli glass cans for $160 cdn (115 us) not too long ago. Haven't used yet. Figured I'd use infusible ink but when i saw the great price on Epson printer from Amazon prime days ET2800 and everything I'll need, i splurged. I've been reading & watching as much as i can about subli before sitting down and going for it. I'm glad i bought the press i did. This seems to be another way for them to sell more equipment. I didn't want a press for this and a press for that. I want it to do tumblers, glass cans and large mugs. I dislike 11 or 12oz mugs (with a passion lol), so this press would be a solid no even tho it's pretty convenient. Thanks for doing these videos for us. You are a wonderful teacher.❤️
I purchased that press. I was very disappointed in my results. I did return it for a replacement. I'll see if that helps. I, too, was not happy with the rims of my tumblers. I also had a difficult time determining time and temperature. Fingers crossed for the replacement. Thanks for your help.
Ty...I wasnt sure about this product but your vid convinced me my conv. oven and cricut press are perfect. Too many iffy variables and size issues and the temp gage was the same problem i had with their big press. It never made it to 400. Timed out. Refund Ill stick with mine. Ty so much bc i was curious after my press snafu with them. ❤
I used a 15 OZ hog mug it fit tightly.. i had a issue near the handle and not enough time used 360 sec will increases time on next cup I also checked a 30 oz hog glitter and it fit . I haven't tried it yet .
Hi, thank you so much for this video, which I watched earlier. I did want to add a few comments on what someone had asked about using the Cricut mug press to do tumblers. I ordered the PYD silicone inserts, and tried making my 20oz tumblers using them. I used the thickest one. I have to say they turned out beautifully. I did have to rotate, and then do the other half. After a run or two the timer stopped working but the heat worked fine, so I just used a timer. I was very very happy with the results. As I don't intend to do many, I did not have to invest in the PYD press which I had in my shopping cart. But if I want to do glass tumblers or cans, I guess I will have to invest in one of these. Too bad about the 15 oz mug, and I wonder about the 30 oz tumbler fitting since the larger mug did not fit.
I have this tumbler. I do not cover my items with freezer or parchment paper. I think that may have been the culprit with the cup. But I still love all of it!
I never researched it before I bought it and I am sad the 15 oz mug doesn’t fit so I still have to pull out my mug press. And my buttons do work by holding down yours might be defective
Hi Jennifer, thanks for the brilliant lesson. Just a quick question, how long do you let the mug sits/ cool for after “cooking” before unwrapping it please. thanks
I wait until it is cool or just warm to the touch. When it is hot it is still in the sublimation process. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Sometimes longer when I walk away from it to do something else.
Looks pretty great! Between cricket press or htvront which do you like better please? I think you answered my question already now that I’m watching the end of the video! Thank you
Thabk you for this honest video! I have to say tgat after watching, I think I am leaning toward an oven. Seems like that allows greater flexibility for about the same cost.
Thank you so much! This video helped so much on deciding on the purchase of this press. Few questions. Do you have a video on your use of the PYD Tumbler Press? How did you do your personalized seam on the tumble? Love your videos and Thank You for your wonderful videos!!
I just ordered my tumbler press. Like I needed it? NO!! LOL! I have never had anything come out wrong using your cookbook. I love it. Can you tell me where to find the update to the sublimation cookbook?
You can just redownload the link in your email that was sent to you to get the latest update. So make sure to save the email! If you need the link again send an email to hello@jennifermaker.com for help with that.
Wonderful demo! I'm not sure it would be worth it to have a specific machine just for a tumbler. Also a big concern would be the mechanics involved with the press closing and opening - that is just waiting to fail after so many uses. Manual closing or oven would be best.
It seems the top and bottom are often an issue. I looked up a 300z straight tumbler and they seem to be just over 3 inches so I’m skeptical. My PYD manual one is much more flexible since you can change the insert easily. Thank you so much for your effort.
I love your designs! I am very disappointed in the HTVront Auto Tumbler Press though. I like the bigger mugs and they will not fit. The time/temp setting seems too variable for me. I think the Cricut Mug Press is much better and I expect that Cricut will come out with other models as time goes on. This press also seems to be very expensive for what it is. It seems like a sublimation over would be much more versitile for a beginner. Love all you videos as always! Thank You.
I think it looks really smart I think it's a lovely colour it seems to have some auto features that seem quite clever ultimately, though I think I would give that one a miss simply because of some of the difficulties with it.
I purchased a glass coffee mug for sublimation, it was the frosted one like the glass can you used in the Cricut mug press, but the 2nd time I used it I put a spoon of sugar in, stirred it and a hole popped out, I mean a chunk of the glass just popped out and coffee poured all over me and the floor, so you have to be careful.

I have been interested in this. I heard that it causes ghosting. I wanted 24:38 to get one but was cautious so thank you so much for doing this video.❤ 25:03
I notice a lot of people who use this tumbler press getting ghosting around the top and bottom even when they tape well. I've gotten it too. Do you know if you can use a shrink wrap sleeve on tumblers to get a better result in this press?
Yes, using a shrink wrap sleeve on tumblers can indeed help achieve better results and reduce ghosting, even when using a tumbler press like the HTVront. The shrink wrap sleeve helps to keep the design in place more securely and applies even pressure around the tumbler, which can minimize the chances of ghosting.

Im a newbie here I just want to say thank you for your kindness and knowledge of all this.
Thanks so much!
I have this auto tumbler press and have found putting the ends back in for 10-20 seconds each helps with getting a better image on the ends.
Jennifer, you are the best teacher, I just wanted to say a very BIG Thankyou for your videos, I am new to cricut and watch one of your video's everytime I am trying something new. Thanks again. 💜
You are so welcome🥰
Great video. I don’t have a tumbler or mug press. I normally don’t watch anything about them. I really enjoyed watching. Thanks, Jennifer!
So helpful, thank you. I was considering this but since 15oz mugs don't fit, your testing saved me!

Same here mines fit 15oz from Amazon great❤

I bought the tumbler heat press a few days ago and find it amazing! love it
Even though the bunny is burnt thats a really cool color for it ! And the 3d looks great
for those just seeing this video and purchasing the htvront press, you can press and hold down the button to adjust. you just gotta press it and hold it down for longer than Jennifer did
So helpful to see how the different tumblers come out, and to see the process! Thank you!
it is nice to see you demonstrate and review these products
Ooo, what cute gloves you have.
Love the designs.
I just got one, made 11 tumblers and 8 11oz mugs, the mugs were a tight fit (not cricut) but it is a workhorse, and went strong through the entire process
That's great to hear!🥰
Jennifer, if you put a 15 oz mug with bottom first it will fit.
The designs are so cute!
Thank you for trying out new products. I trust your opinion and Greg's also!
I just purchased the bundle for myself for my Birthday on the 2nd, can't wait for it to arrive.
Yay, Happy Birthday!
I have - and love - the HTVRont regular autopress, this seems very similar. FWIW, the cooking guidelines in the regular press manual are worse than useless... I learned to just ignore them and use manufacturer recommendations. Or my Jennifer Maker Sublimation Cookbook of course 😂

I recently purchased the HTV tumbler press and I haven't opened it and I didn't know it would do a 15oz mug. Great video
Hi Jennifer, thank you for introducing and testing out the new Htv press tumbler. I learned a lot. Loved how the glass can colors came out so bright. Have the same design and my colors are not that bright. Can’t wait to try your suggestions. God bless
I'm so glad!
I am in Australia and love that you also include Celsius, but I use F for most of my machines
💕💕💕
Awesome video. Cant wait to try more projects
Just ordered mine and my printer. Excited to get started.
Yay!
I loved this video. Want to learn more about doing sublimation tumblers and glass cans
Omg what a great heat press
I’m adding this to my Wishlist

I am glad you did this, I was looking to purchase this one. Too bad it doesn’t fit the 15oz. I use that size most often.
So many fun projects!

I got mine weeks ago, for now I don't have much problem with it, it's convenient for me.
I love that you take your time and go step by step. Thanks!!❤
My pleasure!
thank you for the tutorial. i just purchased the auto tumbler; anxious to try it out.
Have fun!
I just used mine for the first time & it worked GREAT
Yay!!!
I got this tumbler press and I absolutely LOVE it!! Only downer is the large cricut sublimation mugs are a snug fit.
Ty...I wasnt sure about this product but your vid convinced me my conv. oven and cricut press are perfect. Too many iffy variables and size issues and the temp gage was the same problem i had with their big press. It never made it to 400. Timed out. Refund

Be careful your freezer paper isn't coated. Use parchment or butchers paper 😊
I never researched it before I bought it and I am sad the 15 oz mug doesn’t fit so I still have to pull out my mug press. And my buttons do work by holding down yours might be defective
I liked the way mug turned out.
Thank you!
I just received mine. You make it seem so much easier.
Hope you like it!
I just ordered this press and I’m excited and I’m even more excited about the gloves even though I have some more is better lol
Lol! Enjoy! 😃
Thanks Jennifer, I think I will stick with my oven.
Beautiful designs
I always learn so much
Love that no flipping required ❤
Hi Jennifer, thanks for the brilliant lesson. Just a quick question, how long do you let the mug sits/ cool for after “cooking” before unwrapping it please. thanks

Very excited to see this project tonight ❤
Congratulations 🎊 to Kathleen
My cricut malfunctioned and I ordered this product. I love that I don't have to turn it for tumblers!
Enjoy it!
I have one myself and my tumblers and cups are over cooking....I'm trying to figure out the right temperature and time. Can't wait for the update.
I am having the same problem, over cooking and ghosting in the ends! Let us know if you figure out correct temps thanks!
Looks pretty great! Between cricket press or htvront which do you like better please? I think you answered my question already now that I’m watching the end of the video! Thank you
I love the simplicity of the Cricut mug press but it depends on what you want to make.
Thabk you for this honest video! I have to say tgat after watching, I think I am leaning toward an oven. Seems like that allows greater flexibility for about the same cost.
I'm glad you found it helpful!❤️
Thank you so much! This video helped so much on deciding on the purchase of this press. Few questions. Do you have a video on your use of the PYD Tumbler Press? How did you do your personalized seam on the tumble? Love your videos and Thank You for your wonderful videos!!
Thank you! You can request that here. This tutorial has a seam. jennifermaker.com/how-to-sublimate-tapered-tumblers/
I like the way it does all three. I have the mug press and a.15oz mug is tight. This would work better. Beautiful design!
Tks for sharing. ❤️⚘️🙏🎄🎄
I just ordered my tumbler press. Like I needed it? NO!! LOL! I have never had anything come out wrong using your cookbook. I love it. Can you tell me where to find the update to the sublimation cookbook?

@@JenniferMaker Thank you!! I appreciate it.
I really enjoy your videos they are very informative. where was it that you got the sublimation print from for the tumbler? it looks amazing!
All of our projects are in the library. I believe you are referring to this project. jennifermaker.com/sublimation-beer-can-glass/
Thank you so much. Wonderful review. Very, very informative.
It holds two mugs also

Yes I have seen it but haven't seen anyone try it out. I would love to save for it.
Great video the tumbler are so very pretty! Thank you for this teaachimg video, your a great teacher thank you for teaching us! as always!! Hugs Liz x
I think it looks really smart I think it's a lovely colour it seems to have some auto features that seem quite clever ultimately, though I think I would give that one a miss simply because of some of the difficulties with it.
Just watched this - as I just bought one of those tumbler presses - I wonder if using a shrink wrap would have helped the edges be tighter?
I didn’t rotate mine and I believe they can do up to 20 oz.
did you try the htvront auto press ? wanted to hear your take on it i just bought one i trust you the most
no I have not but it seems that many are happy with it!🥰
I just got this as a gift from my kids for my birthday, I’m excited, but so sad that the 15 oz Cricut mugs don’t fit!!
i think that tumbler is beautiful the design
I purchased a glass coffee mug for sublimation, it was the frosted one like the glass can you used in the Cricut mug press, but the 2nd time I used it I put a spoon of sugar in, stirred it and a hole popped out, I mean a chunk of the glass just popped out and coffee poured all over me and the floor, so you have to be careful.
OH NO!
Can you use parchment paper instead of butcher paper
the glass is beautiful also
Hello! Great video and very helpful!! I would love the deer print. Thank you! ❤
I'm happy you found it helpful!❤️
@JenniferMaker I am new to this lol and you were very very helpful!! My press and all my supplies should be here this week, and I am excited for this new hobby/craft! 😀
I think it saves temps for up to 2 or 3 items I was told, but not sure😊
I just got your book and the HTV. I love it. Where can I get the sublimation prints you used? I love them.
Thank you! Those designs are in my free library, jennifermaker.com and #587 ❤️
So many gadgets to use!
The rabbit mug looks like it’s been antiqued so if you don’t compare it to the tumbler, it looks fine. But since it can’t sublimate larger mugs, it’s a no for me.
Thank you for your content; Someone else said it does not go higher than 390.
Cricut Autopress can heat to 400°F (205°C). help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/4542358884631-Cricut-Autopress-FAQ#:~:text=What%20is%20the%20max%20temperature,F%20(205°C).

You are so welcome!
Thanks for the review i just want to have one so you show me what it can do it will help me decide 😊
Glad I could help
Thank you for sharing i want to learn more about to make them i like how you give really good Instructions thank you again
You are so welcome!
I've seen people press their tumbler first and reinsert and press the top and bottom again separately...seemed to work for them
My 20 oz came out perfect with 380 temps 1:21:21
240 sec no rotation
Awesome!
I don't understand how people do their tumblrs for so long. I only do mind for forty five seconds and rotate once and they come out fine
