Nicely done Tom. The yard is looking nice. And concrete cat always knows when concrete is coming. He has his. Spider senses. Apparently he can smell the concrete from 5 miles away. Good work in moving the workshop.
Cheers Tom. A don’t know what it is about pouring concrete videos sir you are the number one guy for it. Surely Dave needs his own channel 🤷♂️. 👌🏴
Thanks for sharing Tom. With all the challenges thrown at you on the final day you might wonder who is in charge upstairs. At least Dave didn't miss his entrance. 😂 Quite a production moving the carpenters shop, hope they appreciate your speed and efficiency. Merry Christmas to you and Emily. 🙂
When I used to work at this concrete company. Whenever we did a winter pour (in canada), we would cover the concrete in these insulating tarps and hire an industrial heater to pump warm air under the tarps to cure the concrete overnight
Concrete Dave, inspecting the subbase before the concrete arrives, dedication for you You can't control what's out of your control, just don't lose your TAMPER lol Those work lights are fabulous Tom, So even David putting in a late shift to check on quality of finish lol Nothing plane about that removal job That trailer is certainly living up to expectation Tom, proper load Done and dustied, on chips were woodchips Job well done 👏 Great update again Take care all Back UK farmer's 🇬🇧 Geoff
Love a final concreting vlog showing the before and after of the full concreting work you’ve done over the last several months. No doubt super impressive
Great video Tom. Concrete Dave has given his paw of approval, and you got in your Jeremy Clarkson impression in *POWER...POWER* 😉👌👍. I wonder as the Roman's were the first to use concrete as we know it has anyone found cat paw prints on any archaeological digs.🤔🤣.
Great work as usual Tom 💪🏼 almost done in yard and those lights would sure help dry the concrete if you had a few more 😅 David needs his own channel 😜 🐈😼 those woodwork machines look 👀 expensive. Good luck with their new premises for 2025 🤞🏻🤗
Of course you have to have a cat scan for quality. That was easy to get the scanners and CNC out, the fun will be putting it all back in the new shop. Thank you for a great video
Great video!! And some quality driving skills from you and the guys, moving that equipment. When I saw the Instagram story post I thought you had picked up your new plasma cutter.
That one brillent trailer. The rear deck (toe?) lifting up to take more pallets is so useful and you did get a fair bit on as well. David may have been hiding till he thought the coast was clear but did not spot the camera. Thanks for posting and have a great Xmas....
Another great vid and wishing you and Emily a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and wishing all the best for the Farmers in Great Britain they need all the support they can get 🎄👍🏻🎄👍🏻🎄🇺🇸🎄👍🏻
Good thing you had those lights Tom. What with the winter (for you in the northern hemisphere) solstice only being a few days away, and you being so far north the sun must be setting about 15 minutes after it rises! Weather here has been warm. Was in the high 30s-low 40s until Tuesday, then a cool change dropped the temperature down to maximums of about 30°C for the last few days. Now warming up again, back into the mid-high 30s for a few days. Sunrise is just before 0600, sunset just after 2000 means we're currently getting just over 14 hours of daylight each day.
To be honest you almost have to do more concrete...... or David needs to be given a spot in all future films. He is most definitely up for best supporting character!!!
Great content. You could have likely filled that little triangle without the poly with all the chocolate wrappers you pinched from Adam! Like the can-do attitide here. Colin just has attitude!.
My 2 year old son has been requiring us to watch "the concrete cat" videos with big diggers in them - they're currently his favorite thing in the evening!
ha ha Dave strike's again. That cat deffo has a 6th sense when it comes to you pouring the concrete. that move had some big ass machines to move, good job you had that new trailer innit m8.
Hi Tom, I've only just started watching your vids but I have concerns over your lack of relief joints in your slabs. Do you intend on introducing saw cut "induced" joints when the slabs have cured enough?
I think that the spindle of the cn is in the wrong position to be moved. IF it's moved to the center (more to the front) of the machine it would be easier to load ;)
Trust Dave to turn up 😂. There’s a lot a of money in all that equipment you moved. I hope you had a bit more room in the new unit to get everything in without any bumps.
Great Vid Tom, I liked your joke about doing your bit for global warming 😂 Why did the concrete co give in to some woman moaning about Lorry,s, I mean it’s only temporary 🙁
Love your concreting vids! ❤ The lads are doing a proper job... but can you maybe explain why the typical british building workwear are tracksuit trousers? 😂😂
I like it when people show up early for work, ready to do the job, full of motivation. Dave the concrete cat is a real role model🥰
😃
Excellent stuff!!!! Tom Lamb (he's a farmer, he's a farmer) best wishes to you, the family and team!!
Whoever you’ve got on the Telehandler is a top pilot fair play to him

Great video Tom you and your lads can turn your hand to anything 👍 The portable lights gave off some light..SUPPORT BRITISH FARMING 👍
That work light is fab! And David ‘Portland’ the cat must be able to smell fresh concrete 😅
You certainly get a varied workload with all ur different jobs.
Cheers, Poth.

Cool video Tom. You did a tidy job with those carpentry machines.
Thanks 👍
Dave the cat is going to have to go and find another job once the concrete is finished, I wonder how many paw prints have been left in the concrete.
Cats naturally love the warmth of concrete I reckon that’s why they love it they can smell and feel the warmth a mile away,
dave the cat is doing Quality control
Great video Tom, excellent content , good old Dave putting his stamp on the concrete 😅😅

Your son has good taste 👍.
Give him a big piece of cake 🍰on my behalf! Or a bikkie, or a donut -- whatever he prefers!
Keep up the good work
Do you not need to Expansion Joint a slab that big ? Nice Tidy job
Cutting them today
Good to see a worker with the customery “safety” trainers on for working on site, try getting two pairs for “Concrete Cat” David.
great video tom
Is there lots of hauling work done in UK with farm tractors? Here they would use a truck to pull a trailer like that
If it’s off road

That workshop was a bit full wasnt it. A wonder you could still walk around in there.

Tom any chance of a David "Concrete Cat" T-shirt in your merch in 2025 ?

How come you don't put mesh in the concrete?
Never have done just use structural fibres
@@Tomlamb980 Is it cheaper than steel mesh? In Australia I Haven't heard of structural fibres being used

I know you've explained it and I understand it, but it's still weird to see no rebar lol.
