Sis, THANK YOU!❤ I've only been working clothes for a year or two and I haven't gotten the hang of the perfect fit. I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to put this video together, you are the real MVP🩶🙌
This is an amazing tutorial. So clear on the instructions. I can't wait to get the yarn and begin. I'll be wearing my own pants and shorts this year. Thank you so much.
Thank you thank you thank you. I have been trying so hard for someone to show me how you do it for somebody who has a bootie bigger than their waist. Oh you’re so awesome thank you so much. I now know how to do the crotch area lol
OK since I’m new here, I was just wondering if you have already posted your tutorial for how to make these shorts are these pants with bigger squares? At least I think that’s what you said. I would love to have a link to it if you have.
I love your work! I was wondering if you have created a complete granny square jumpsuit or should I pair up a top and pants? Also, do you line your shorts and pants?
Great tutorial for the crotch. I have trouble concentrating on the actual work due to all of the loose strings getting in the way. Have to watch it several times with many eyeball breaks. ADD.....
For this pattern, I’m using one of the solid granny square tutorials. Most solid grannies still have holes but some don’t like one on the Ophelia Talks channel, called the “proper” solid granny square. There are also solid grannies with a circle in the center that are very cute. Good luck!!
I finished the main part but its a bit baggy on the front side, im not sure how to fix that, maybe its the yarn i used but idk, im using caron one pound yarn that needs a 5mm hook
An amazing tutorial❤. What if I want to make bigger squares(like 3 each in front and back row) for hip 42". That's 42÷6= 7". How do I join at the crotch? I am confused
@@shyler_crochets Thanks for your response. The thigh circumference is 27" and 3 each amounts to 21". I think 4pcs is needed for each leg. The problem is how to join at the crotch. Does crotch extension required? If yes, how is it going to be achieved? 😍
Thank you once again! I really appreciate your Instagram page as well with tutorials! For these, how would i decrease the 5th added square to make the pants smaller towards the bottom? I've completed the shorts section.
@@toyosibakare7755I hadn’t figured it out yet…I’m now assuming for the pants…maybe not to add the 5th…I thought I heard her say, for the pants, to do four down…but I can’t find the part on the video…I ended up doing the 5 all the way down. They came out really cute…I done variety Mardi Gras Colors with black outlines 💜💚💛🖤 but I want them tighter. When I find out, I’ll be sure to come back to reply
@@toyosibakare7755I scrolled down on the comments and Sammyfavela asked if she used 4 or 5 squares for the pants. Shyler responded it’s 4 and 5 at the base….
I'm trying to crochet some patchwork pants and this was really helpful for understanding how to fit the crotch!
Did u finish? How’d they turn out?
Thanks!
Suprised there is not more comments on this video!! So easy to follow along. Thank you so much!!!

Merci pour toutes les précisions. Je vais tenter de le réaliser d'ici peu 😊
If I want the shorts a little longer. Do I add one more row. Then add on the crouch?

I love these but I’m afraid you’d be able to see through the holes between the stitches. How would I fix that?

@@lennyadelaide4795 thank you, but I decided to buy bike shorts to wear underneath. That’s a good idea dhough

Love these! I couldn’t quite get what you said about the yarn brand and weight. Can you please type it in? Thank you! I’m gonna give it a try.
Do you have a pants pattern please🙏
Im not understanding how to attach them. I am very sad
This is amazing. How many balls of yarn do you think I would need for a pair of pants?

I’m so nervous that my shorts will have bagginess. 🫣 Wish me luck!

just make it 3 on each leg it will have the same construction approach

how many squares did you use for each row of the pant leg, 4 or 5?
4 then 5 at the base
So do i need 40 granny squares for this pattern
How many yarn would it take to make one of these
What size was this completed shorts size?😊
Tutorial on the long pants please
Hello, ‘fingering’ weight is fairly broad. Is there a US number for the yarn you recommend for these shorts please. Thank you
Fingering weight yarn is specific to a weight 1 yarn.
Thank you!
Weight 2, Fine, or sock yarn. All considered fingering yarn just different names/terms
La medida es en pulgadas o centimetros?
Teje muy rápido así uno no puede ver nada
Whats ur hip size please..... Cos I want to make this for a friend that's size 44 can I use the same measurements
You could probably just make the squares slightly bigger, or use 9 squares for the waste rather than 8
I don't understand the kind of yarn you'll using
Acryl
How many Sq did u use for long pants?
46-52 squares
My shorts look funny in front... I am i doing wrong.... hel
What do you mean by “funny?” Can you be more specific? I’m not a pro but I can try to help
