@@laurapreslar2751Sadly, Mallory decided to retire Charlie Horse as it hurts to perform his deeper harsh voice. Her Lamb Chop & Hush Puppy are scary good.
@@deshaunx776a real shame. Unless someone else could help her perform Charlie. There’s a lot more characters that Shari performed with like Baby, Wing Ding, Lolly, and Mr. Bearly. Makes you wonder is Mallory could ever consider bringing those back.
When I was little my go-to programs were Lambchop's Play-a-long, Pappyland and Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego also Sesame Street on Occasion. Never liked Barney.

@@joker-124 I also loved that they made it into two game shows back to back. Where in Time and Where in the World. Covering both History and Geography. Sadly Chief aka Lynne Thigpen passed away some years back (2003). PBS was quality for a long time now all they were known for for a long time in the 2000s was Arthur. Kids shows have definitely evolved over the years and they are too bright and colorful with no substance.
She was VERY talented at that sort of entertainment. The art form has not aged well, to say the least, but I’m sure it put a roof over her head. A girl’s gotta eat. Here’s to simpler times, I guess. 🥂
Shari Lewis was without a doubt one of the best ventriloquists of the past 100 years.
Shari was so talented and she would be so proud of Mallory taking care of Lambchop and Hush Puppy.
Don't forget Charlie Horse, Buggy 8134.

I miss hush puppy!
I've always thought that Hush Puppy was her coolest puppet!
Hush Puppy definitely was the more sharp tongued of the trio of Sassy Lambchop and aggravating Charlie Horse.
Hush Puppy in 1974 is too cute
Damn, this makes me miss Shari Lewis so bad!
Shari was amazing.
Never seen this before! Thanks for sharing this rarity! 😁❤️
Me and my kids watch her my daughter cried when she found out she died
"What's a henway?!" LMCHOP!! (Laughing My Cute Head Off, Please) :P
I grew up with her act during the 90s, her older stuff is pretty good.
What a lady
She’s a powershouse
She's so underrated , should be mentioned with Jim Henson ...
she looks like Dusty Springfield with that haircut

Is this the same lady that did lambchop?
Yes :-)
That's Shari Lewis alright.
Lamb chop, Hush Puppy and Charlie Horse appeared together all the time.
