      She was as versatile and as creative and talented as Steve Allen.

      Amazing! I recall watching her as a child talking with her puppets, but had no idea that Shari was so gifted with other talents. Bless her heart! This makes me wonder if "Captain Kangaroo" (Bob Keeshan) danced as well. Cheers to all!

    She co-wrote the 1967 Star Trek episode "The Lights of Zetar" and wanted to appear as Scotty's love interest officer in that episode. It went instead to Jan Shulat.

    I was probably too young to be aware of this side of Shari's talent, but she was obviously brilliant!

    The Danny Kaye Show 11/11/1964, CBS. Pretty, pretty good.

  • @manwithumbrella

    "From a prime time variety show aired 11/11/1964." WHy are unwilling to share that this is from The Danny Kaye Show?

    • @rivaridge7211
      @rivaridge7211 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's because of copyright issues - if the Danny Kaye Show was mentioned in the title, then the clip is more likely to be "spotted" by TH-cam and taken down.
