I wish someone would explain to me the rationale behind this ordinance and how people are expected to observe it. If you don't have a garage or driveway of your own what do you do with the car? Just drive around in circles until the sun rises?

Had she responded to a yes or no question with just a "yeah" or "nah" then I think the Judge would have dug into her, especially since she aspires to be a teacher. That or he let it slide because she seemingly had a good attitude in court because he does look and sound kind of annoyed at first.

Iam from germany and dont understand this rule with overnight parking. You are really not allowed to park on the street at night? Where do all the people park? I bet not everyone has a space for the car. Here in Germany nothing like this exists, you can park everywhere how long you want if its not a prohibited area. What is if someone visits a friend or family? Where do people from outside of the city put their cars? Thats a super strange rule if you ask me.
