Someone is going to be so lucky to get him. There's not a trace of unpleasantness in that horse. You could trust him to bring your teenager home 😂 safe every time.
Arabians (and some other breeds) are long lived. If healthy they can be ridden safely into their senior years bearing in mind what is age appropriate for them. My cousins had an old flea bitten grey who was "ridden" well into his 30's by all the kids. He would amble up the fence and Dad would put me up on his back while everyone rode the younger horses. He really only moved (or sometimes stood) a few feet at time but thoroughly enjoyed babysitting the smallest children. He was a kind old soul and much loved.
I would love to give Ziggy a home. I’m in Oregon and I have two older horses that could use another pasture pal. I’d love to have him for my granddaughter to ride the trails with us.
You take problem horses because you are one of the few who has the courage and love for taking them from people who were terrible at taking care of them. You get them ready to be horses again and enjoy their life ! That is what a horse whisperer does best!
Such TLC for Ziggy - He started that time because he doesn't want to move back - He wants to stay put! How great you are to tend to his feet and legs on your own!
"Why not buy normal horses to enjoy?" I feel like when you have the skill and knowledge to take on the ones that not everyone can rehab/train/handle/afford, you should absolutely utilize it. It would be a total waste if you didn't AND sincerely unfortunate for these "special children" who really need someone like you to help them and give them a home. Ziggy would be a lovely mount for an older rider. I can see him with a petite lady who wants a quiet horse for relaxing trail rides and comforting companionship. He would be the ideal equine partner for someone looking for a horse to grow old together.
Ziggy is a real darling and whoever brings him home, is going to be a very lucky and happy person. He's the kind of horse a beginner would enjoy. This was so nice, so relaxing and so wonderful for Ziggy to have a special attention day, just for him. Very sweet 😘 I took lessons at an equestrian center and we were ushered into the new indoor arena. None of the horses had been introduced to it yet...30 horses were all in there with novice riders and a thunderstorm blew up. You can the guess the ending.🌋
So lovely to see Ziggy flourishing under your care, it is amazing to see the change in him in just two months, I hope you find a really wonderful family home for him, he has a lot to give a fortunate new owner.
Oh, pleeeeeeeeease don't get rid of Ziggy! He really seems to have taken to you. I love seeing and hearing about every moment of his life. Such a nice, peaceful energy he brings to the group...doesn't that make him "keepable"?

"I managed to find a new gopher hole that has sprung up... BEEP!" You are so hilarious, even when describing such a situation! 😂👍 I hope you didn't hurt your leg though! 🤞🤞🤞
I am truly impressed with the way you handle your animals! You’re kind you’re efficient they learn to trust you quickly. I really appreciate the time you give them to grow into mature well TRUSTING horses. You give them time to recover from their illnesses, both mental and physical. And I have learned so much about how you use the correct equipment, etc. I’m a retired dog. I started watching different channels of course all about animals. This is the channel that I continue to enjoy watch & learn from. Good for you!
I like boring horses because it means that they are well trained. When it's too hot I always sit in my pickup with the a/c on and take a nap. they are always refreshing.
Enjoy seeing the boys and your thoughts on the particular care planned for each and why. Im glad the Ziggster was moved away from the neighbor’s lonely mare to be with some of the other boys🙂
I just love seeing someone who is so calm, kind, attuned to her creatures. Nice relaxing way for me to remember all the many years I had horses and lived well out in the country. I also look forward to seeing updates (especially little sweatheart Ziggy). Happy Summer to you as well.
Ziggy will make some 12-13 year old girl deliriously happy. And he'll be so happy to have a consistent buddy who's not too heavy and will treat him like the king he is.
The more Arabians you are around or own the more you realize how sweet, kind, and smart their breed truly is. Being a senior horse like Ziggy one never knows what kind youof treatment and care he had in the past. You are doing a fantastic job as his caregiver and farrier!❤
Ziggy is such a beautiful horse, and such an easygoing one. I will hate to see him go when the time comes, because I have fallen in love with him already. I look forward to seeing him more than any of the others now. I will just have to enjoy him while he is there.

I have an Arabian gelding, he'll be 29 this year. They really do want their own person. I bred my boy so we've been together a lifetime, and he's bonded to me. He'll behave for me, but will always test other people. He is still as vibrant as a 3 year old. And the only reason why I don't ride him is because my health isn't good lol! He's fine. He'll make an awesome companion with someone who is very much into empathy and connection. If not, don't get an Arabian or you'll make them sour.
I bred raised trained and owned my grey Arabian mare her whole life. She was in her 20's when she had a stroke. 😢 There is nothing quite like owning your heart horse for their entire life. In this case, I actually delivered her sire as well.
You ride when they are ready, not before. And like you said, the heat can be tough on you so if you over due it then the horses will suffer. You are a Clever Cowgirl, you’ve got this!
Such a very nice video! Lovely, lovely, lovely!! I am so thankful for ALL that you do for these unusual and VERY special horses!! I know I will have sniffles when Ziggy finds his new home .... I am hoping that the audience will relax a little bit about 'what you should be doing ' during every video !! Let me know if you might need or could use a moderator. I am retired now from the LEGO Group and I would donate my time to your VERY worthy cause . Best, Fawn
One thing I’ve noticed about your horses is: they don’t have to stand in So much mud and water under their feet.. any animal standing in muddy places will have feet problems .your animals are very fortunate that they have you as their owner.❤🎉😊clever cow girl.❤😮😊

Ziggy would be a lovely mount for an older rider. I can see him with a petite lady who wants a quiet horse for relaxing trail rides and comforting companionship. He would be the ideal equine partner for someone looking for a horse to grow old together.
I really like this horse. He just seems so soft and gentle. Debbie
I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful channel. Forever fan of ZIGGY👍❤️🕊️
I think it's going to be hard to rehome Ziggy. He is such a good boy❤
I love this horse. He has such a sweet temperament. I will have a small cry when you find his new home but someone will be very lucky to get him.
I'd love to have a horse like that. My mare's been gone 4 years. She was 34, I'd had her for 31 years. Maybe I'll find a nice little gelding like him.
Ziggy looks so much happier and more relaxed at the barn area. Such a sweet boy and lucky you got him i dread to think where he could have ended up.
Your depth of knowledge is astonishing. What a good boy Ziggy is, kind and patient. He must know he's in the best place he could be!
Ziggy is a real darling and whoever brings him home, is going to be a very lucky and happy person. He's the kind of horse a beginner would enjoy. This was so nice, so relaxing and so wonderful for Ziggy to have a special attention day, just for him. Very sweet 😘
I took lessons at an equestrian center and we were ushered into the new indoor arena. None of the horses had been introduced to it yet...30 horses were all in there with novice riders and a thunderstorm blew up. You can the guess the ending.🌋
😬
So lovely to see Ziggy flourishing under your care, it is amazing to see the change in him in just two months, I hope you find a really wonderful family home for him, he has a lot to give a fortunate new owner.
I love Ziggy, and know that a wonderful family will be there for him....❤❤❤
Oh, pleeeeeeeeease don't get rid of Ziggy! He really seems to have taken to you. I love seeing and hearing about every moment of his life. Such a nice, peaceful energy he brings to the group...doesn't that make him "keepable"?
You can definitely see the difference in Ziggy being more relaxed, it was a good move for him. ❤
Oh, such a soothing video. Ziggy is starting to look so content and relaxed. I'll be sad when he leaves, but I hope he has the best life with lots of love when he does.
It will be sad when Ziggy goes, he is a fan favourite. Thanks for the update CC. Hope your channel continues its way to the 100k.
"I managed to find a new gopher hole that has sprung up... BEEP!" You are so hilarious, even when describing such a situation! 😂👍
I hope you didn't hurt your leg though!
Dog trainer! Although one thing sometimes I would be very happy as a dog with the right person!😀
I like boring horses because it means that they are well trained. When it's too hot I always sit in my pickup with the a/c on and take a nap. they are always refreshing.
I think Ziggy is just an all around sweet horse. Your knowledge of horses always blows my mind. As ever, thank you. : )
Enjoy seeing the boys and your thoughts on the particular care planned for each and why. Im glad the Ziggster was moved away from the neighbor’s lonely mare to be with some of the other boys🙂
Thank you CC for all you do for the horses, I’m so glad you’re in the world giving love to these wonderful animals❤️🥰
Ziggy is looking so good. You really can see the Arabian in him. I have never heard of a ferrier using a table. Thanks for the information.❤
I've only seen it done with feral mustangs because they aren't safe to be handled. They still need/deserve care though.
I love knowing there will be an update on your animals! Happy Summer everyone!
I just love seeing someone who is so calm, kind, attuned to her creatures. Nice relaxing way for me to remember all the many years I had horses and lived well out in the country. I also look forward to seeing updates (especially little sweatheart Ziggy). Happy Summer to you as well.
@@janey1098 ❤️ Me too- I watch to remember my beautiful horses and it’s very lovely community here!
I absolutely love Ziggy❤
If I could, I’d give Ziggy a home and love him forever💕
Zig would be some little girl’s dream pony.
Ziggy will make some 12-13 year old girl deliriously happy. And he'll be so happy to have a consistent buddy who's not too heavy and will treat him like the king he is.
Ziggy is such a gentle soul and he's got such soft eyes my heart just melts
The more Arabians you are around or own the more you realize how sweet, kind, and smart their breed truly is. Being a senior horse like Ziggy one never knows what kind youof treatment and care he had in the past. You are doing a fantastic job as his caregiver and farrier!❤
Ziggy is the sweetest guy!!! 💖
Ziggy is such a beautiful horse, and such an easygoing one. I will hate to see him go when the time comes, because I have fallen in love with him already. I look forward to seeing him more than any of the others now. I will just have to enjoy him while he is there.
Ziggy is such a lovely calm horse he doesn't make any fuss about anything you want to do with him, I love your videos and look forward to them especially if Nigel is the 'star' ❤ 🐎
The mountain backdrop enhances the stature of Ziggy!
Whoever buys Ziggy is super lucky ❤ great horse ❤
I adore Ziggy so much, I wish that I lived close enough and had the means to adopt him. Fingers crossed he finds the perfect young person to worship him for the rest of his days.❤❤❤
With all the horses in these videos...we often forget the love and care that it takes to make em look and shine the best...inside and out..great job cowgirl! Z man and da boys really appreciate yah oh and da girls..lol
Thanks for sharing
Ziggy really is much more relaxed in the new area.
There is nothing quite like owning your heart horse for their entire life.
I have not seen anyone bathe a horse in that manner. How loving, kind and no fear method. As usual, i learned something valuable from you, CC.
I like a dog training challenge as well, when Maxine came along, she was everything I wanted plus a laundry list of issues. I said no to fostering and adopted her straight away and got to work. She is turning out to be a wonderful dog.
