你好👋通常用些較薄身的魚肚，放入炒熱的砂粒或鹽來爆炒，放入預熱的焗爐，大约攝氏180度至200度火左右，來焗都可以的！我較喜歡用粗鹽來做，如果用砂炒的話，恐怕較難清洗淨D幼砂粒，除非用較粗粒的沙，希望你成功做到啦！謝謝支持👍😊❤️
