Once you get past the 'I wish she was my grandma' stage...you come for the asmr. Some of the best is when she makes bread. the dough has to be put to bed and cover with heavy plastic😊 love you Gina and familia! Hope the spring has sprung for you,and everyone is well! Another wonderful video! We've been eating and have loved shellfish and seafood our entire lives, often harvesting our own. We check the individual shells by giving them a little tap. Often times they close right up, then we soak mussels, clams, and oysters in salted water to let them purge sand. My grandfather was the first in our family born here. (His older brother was born in castelvecchio subequo, in the Abruzzi region. Grandpa was a judge and sponsored a young man who came over in the 40's Albino Volpi started a butcher and seafood shop in Ashtabula Ohio. Sadly, Albino, now in his 90's had a fall just before Christmas and is now in a nursing home. First Christmas that we couldn't get our feast of seven fishes supplies from him. The butcher shop, which had been given to his son, also closed for other reasons.
